I felt so privileged to have such a gorgeous apartment right in the centre of the city and easily walkable to everywhere I needed to be. The apartment was spotless, full of light and airy with a perfect little kitchen, gorgeous big bathroom and cosy bedroom. I had everything I needed and was especially grateful for the 3 pin adapter/cable. As a single woman staying alone I was really happy to have a secure gate I could lock as well as a bolt on the door. Dario was so helpful, staying in contact, providing precise directions and having no problem letting me in the minute I arrived even though I was a little later than expected.

Jacopo and his brother are excellent hosts. Very friendly and available for anything. He gave us clear instructions and suggestions regarding places to visit and so forth. It is also very easy to communicate with them. Highly recommended.

Andrea nous a super bien accueilli et a été de très bon conseils pour nos visites dans les alentours (restaurants, activités, etc.) Le logement était spacieux, parfaitement fonctionnel et très propre. Le parking gratuit et privé, ainsi que le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander de réserver ce logement. Ps : pour ceux qui voudraient se rendre au grand prix de Moto GP (comme ça a été notre cas), sachez que le circuit est accessible très facilement, environ 10 min de voiture.

This is a cute apartment with everything you need. The host was always helpful and responsive. It is in a quiet and pleasant area, but a short walk from the center of town. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at the flat. The highlight is absolutely the incredible views from the terrace! Great value as well. The flat is very functional, good sized kitchen for cooking meals and a large fridge. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, always quick and easy with communication. Gianluca è un host impeccabile, dal checkin al checkout, è sempre presente se si ha bisogno di lui. L'unica differenza rispetto all'annuncio che il posto auto NON è interno al cortile ma è disponibile (si trova se si cerca bene negli orari giusti) im Via Pola. Tale discrepanza cmq mi è stata immediatamente spiegata molto gentilmente dal Sig. Giancluca perché NON c'è la possibilità, su come è impostato il sito di Airbnb, di inserire l'opzione del parcheggio esistente se non scegliendo l'opzione interno. Cmq posizione favolosa perché si è in centro, attaccati alla stazione, attaccati ad entrambi i lungomare (nord e sud di Civitanova) e alle spiagge libere disponibili oltre ai numerosissimi locali e bagni. Consigliato vivamente. P.s.. Must: colazione sul balconcino esposto a est.

Abbiamo trascorso delle giornate molto piacevoli e ci siamo trovati proprio bene nell'appartamento che è accogliente, ben attrezzato e spazioso. foto e descrizione corrispondono alla realtà. Davide molto gentile e reattivo. La posizione è perfetta per conoscere questa bellissima area dell'Italia, che è un mix perfetto di arte e natura. Assolutamente consigliato!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico! La struttura è molto accogliente, pulita e con una vista bellissima! I proprietari sono stati super disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto.Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Ho soggiornato in questa casa a Fano con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è carino, comodo e situato in pieno centro, con una splendida terrazza affacciata sui tetti del centro storico — davvero suggestiva! Giacomo e Alberto sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili, ci hanno anche fornito le biciclette per muoverci comodamente e ci hanno permesso di lasciare la casa con calma nella mattinata della partenza. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, lo consigliamo!

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The design is thoughtful and stylish, the view is breathtaking, and the library is a real gem. Such a peaceful and inspiring space. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The co-host who welcomed us was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Claudia's place was very clean and pristine. The sunset and harbor views were wonderful and Claudia was so nice to pick us up at the train station. There is also a bus stop very near. We slept great in her cozy, comfortable bedroom. As in her pictures, there are a lot of steps if that is a concern for you. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Claudia!

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia che il centro. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Ambienti spaziosi. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte di Eleonora e Stefano. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

L'appartamento è meraviglioso e dotato di tutto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla che permette di raggiungere in auto in pochi minuti sia Perugia che Assisi. Veramente perfetto!

Appartamento come nuovo e molto gradevole (ancora meglio che in foto), pulitissimo, in pieno centro storico, ma molto silenzioso. Soggiorno nel complesso eccellente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Sehr schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer großartigen Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, in der wir einen schönen Urlaub verbringen durften. Andrea ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber der immer sehr gut erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft voll und ganz und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
