It was peaceful I tv felt like home the only thing Is two of the doors a room and a bathroom didn’t close it was missing the strike hardware

Amazing! I promise that it's even more beautiful in person, exceeded our expectations! The bed was SO comfy which is very important to us when traveling. My son loved sitting on the couch in the kids room to watch TV. Everything looked and felt clean. We had no issues communicating with our host. Parking was perfect. I have nothing negative to say about this listing!

Cheryl is an amazing host. Always super quick to respond. The rental is outstanding. It’s situated on a large lot behind the main house and amongst a couple other rentals within the property but are all detached. I appreciated having my own parking space on the property although there is plenty of street parking. The unit is like a small one bedroom apartment without shared walls. It has a full kitchen and also appreciated the full washer and dryer in the unit. The space is all newly built so it’s very clean and new. I enjoyed all the windows which brought in a lot of natural light. Made the space feel even bigger. Although I didn’t enjoy the outdoor space, it seemed very serene and peaceful to use. The area is very quiet and walkable. It’s a short drive to great restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this place.

My stay at Roses Airbnb was absolutely wonderful for my little weekend getaway. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, had a lot of natural lighting and the home had all the small touches and details that make it truly feel like a home. The location was ideal close to a lot of really good places yet I was still able to get some nice and peaceful rest for the weekend. Communication with rose was seamless. She was very kind whenever trying to get into contact with her. I can’t recommend this place enough. It exceed my expectations, would definitely book this place again!

The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

We used to live in Long Beach and visit family often. We like Belmont Shore for its beach access and walkability to restaurants and shops. The bungalow was on one of the quietest streets in the shore, so parking was never an issue. The house was clean, comfortable, and charming. The large kitchen was perfect for making meals. We loved the backyard for evening BBQs and the front courtyard for morning coffee. The Dutch door is perfect for letting in the cool sea breeze. Casey was very responsive. We plan on coming back because we loved the spot!

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The place itself was super comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed to feel at home. What really stood out, though, was the service. Robert was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.
