Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ όμορφος όπως οι φωτογραφίες και ακόμη καλύτερος. Καταπληκτική είσοδος με πολύ όμορφη αυλή να σε καλοσωρίζει. Πολύ κοντά στην στάση μετρό. Σε κοντινή απόσταση φούρνος. Απολαύσαμε την ομορφιά των Βορείων Προστασίων, ενω ταυτόχρονα είσαι και κοντά στο κέντρο είτε με το αυτοκίνητο είτε χρησιμοποιήσεις το μετρό. Πολύ κοντά με το αυτοκίνητο το Αττικό Πάρκο που μας εντυπωσίασε. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός, διακριτικός. Δεν χρειαστήκαμε τίποτα περισσότερο. Αν είχαμε παραπάνω χρόνο σίγουρα θα παρατείναμε την διαμονή μας. Σίγουρα θα τον ξαναεπιλέξω σαν χώρο στο μέλλον αν χρειαστεί.

We kwamen laat in de avond aan door problemen met het vliegtuig. Giannis had al verteld dat het laatste stukje even een klimmetje was maar zelfs in het donker ging alles prima. De eerste dagen was er veel wind en dat zette de shutters van de ramen in beweging maar als de wind gaat liggen is het heerlijk stil. We hebben elke dag heerlijk uitgeslapen en vanuit Neo Kosmos de rest van Athene ontdekt en op veel plekken gegeten die Giannis had aangeraden. Dit was onze eerste keer Athene maar wat een leuke stad! We hebben heerlijk genoten. We zijn niet veel thuis geweest maar hebben wel elke ochtend en ‘s avonds laat van het prachtige uitzicht genoten. Dit is geen luxe verblijf en zo wordt het ook niet geadverteerd door Giannis. Top!

this is a great place for a longer stay. The view of the Arcopolis is amazing, the apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for those that want to cook. the location is quiet but close to a big selection of restaurants. Most of the ancient city sights and museums are walkable and if you want or need to take public transport the metro is not far away. Konstantinos was a great host. He met us when we arrived and took us through the apartment and was always responsive. He had a long list of great recommendations for places to go, things to do and restaurants to eat at.

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Nous avons eu la chance de voir Christina et ses parents. Ce sont des personnes charmantes et accueillantes. Rina, leur chienne est tout aussi adorable 💝 avec une belle entente avec notre petit Stuart 🐶 Dommage que notre planning ne nous a pas permis de les voir plus. La cour de type Hacienda est vraiment superbe et leur maison est très spacieuse. Tout était parfait il ne manquait rien ! La maison est hyper bien située à 13mn de l'aéroport et à 2mn du centre ville où il y a de très bons restaurants. Nous recommandons à 100% Au plaisir lors de notre prochain voyage ! Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

If you want to experience a different side of the glorious city then this is the place to stay. Julia was a wonderful host and we felt very much looked after and loved. We highly recommend this property for your Athens stay

Οτι πρεπει για ζευγάρι. Εξαιρετικο decoration και φοβερο κλιμα. Πολυ γρηγορες απαντησεις απο τον κύριο Εμμανουηλ και πολυ φιλικος/ευγενικος. Το προτείνω ξεκάθαρα σε ολους!!

Très aimable, le logement est très beau. Il n’y a pas de machine à laver finalement mais l’hôte propose de vous laver le linge donc c’est tout comme finalement. Il y a laver clim ce qui est parfait en été. C’était très sympa et le logement est dans l’endroit où vit l’hôte mais nous ne sommes pas du tout déranger nous ne les avons même pas croiser. En plus l’hôte a été réactif pour venir nous aider à utiliser le projecteur durant la nuit. Je recommande.

A lovely and very spacious up-scale apartment. Very modern and fully smart- automated. Giacomo was always responsive and helpful, which I very much appreciated. Excellent location, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Glyfada, but also tucked away from the busy streets. Short walk to the beaches, and I loved the walking path near the shores. This apartment is a cut above the rest and deserves its high price.

I highly recommend these accommodations as the area is very peaceful neighborhood, however, you are just a short cab ride away from everything. The host is the kindest and most attentive I have ever encountered. We had to extend our stay in Greece and she accommodated all our requests. Our stay was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

Logement très bien situé. Maria nous a accueilli à notre arrivée et nous avait préparé des petites attentions. Nous avons pu prendre notre logement avant l’heure prévue . Logement situé a 8 mins du métro et à à peine 3 mins du supermarché Market in. Maria nous a donné des recommandations ( supermarché et boulangerie) À partir du logement pas besoin de prendre le métro ( sauf pour aller au port du Pirée ) pour voir les principaux sites touristiques. Je recommande .

We had a fantastic long-term stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Neo Faliro. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, kind, and genuinely nice people. They were extremely accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions or requests we had, making our stay smooth and stress-free. Neo Faliro itself is a great area—peaceful yet well-connected, with easy access to public transport, the coast, and Piraeus. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Athens. Definitely a 5-star experience!

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Antonis was very informative and easy to communicate with. This Airbnb is right in the heart of the picturesque part of Athens and easy to walk to everything. The washer/dryer was greatly appreciated after 2 weeks of traveling Greece and the islands. Highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

La casa estaba perfecta todo era tal cual el anuncio. La casa tenía todas las comodidades y utensilios necesarios. Las camas muy cómodas y la casa enorme. Cerca restaurantes típicos y super baratos. Volvería a elegirla en caso de volver a Atenas.

This place was perfect for our stay in Athens. Great to escape the crowd in the centre of Athens but only 4 metro stops (10-15 mins) from the acropolis. The area it’s in is lovely and has a real local community vibe with local restaurants and shops. Everyone was friendly too. The apartment was well furnished and had everything we needed. The beds are really comfy and the 2 bathrooms were superb -the showers were amazing. Totally recommend this for families and couples heading out to enjoy the history and some local Greek culture.
