NUMERO 6 - A house with a view - Lake Como, Italy.

This wonderful 170m2 property dates back over 500 yrs. Arranged over three floors, its unique style combines the original features with beautifully designed modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated on the water front of Lake Como, the top floor opens out onto a spacious roof terrace providing outside dining, areas to relax, and boasts breath taking views of the lake. Laglio offers a number of places to eat & drink, local shops, a children's play park, a small beach and plenty of parking close by.

Alle Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet und haben eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Luganer See und die Berge. The most beautiful view of Como Lake

We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden. If you are interested in a jet boat ride, you have only to ask. I will be happy to accompany you to discover the most beautiful lake's villas. And if you don't know what to expect, ask George (Clooney) for some suggestions. I am a sommelier, and I can also organize a tasting of Italian wines for you!

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Beautiful stone built 250 year old village house in historic centre of Pognana, 15 mins from Como. Completely renovated and interior designed to highest levels of comfort and luxury in authentic ancient Italian village setting. Very private. Use of whole house (except cellars) with private entrance. Amazing lake views from all rooms including iconic bathtub for two. 2 terraces. Fireplace. Great space for remote working. Free street parking a few mins walk. Self check in possible.

Luxury San Rocco near Bellagio

The House is located in old town of Lezzeno at only 4 km from BELLAGIO ,the most famous tourist village on Lake Como. This building has been renovated 4 years ago, with high-end furniture. The garden is private and guests could get some sunshine and relax in complete privacy. Position is unique, just in front of lake Como. A public beach is also at walking distance, GARAGE is included in the price. Lovely house on 3 floors with stunning lake view.
