La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla, ha il giardino e una bella terrazza con tenda illuminata per poter pranzare all’esterno. Gli interni sono curati e ben arredati. L’alloggio possiede due bagni uno con doccia e uno con vasca. Si può utilizzare la lavastoviglie, il forno, la lavatrice, inoltre è disponibile un asciugacapelli è un piccolo ferro da stiro. Ein Haus mit einer langen, spannenden Geschichte, das wir behutsam und mit großem Respekt ins 21. Jahrhundert geholt haben. Das Haus steht für sich alleine in Mitten der Natur: direkt unterhalb des Ski- und Wandergebietes Meran 2000 und nur 10km zur Stadt Meran. 170 Quadratmeter bieten Platz für acht bis zu 12 Personen.
