Immersa in un bel giardino, con un'ampia piscina e solarium, Villa Lucia è adatta per adulti e giovani e si presta anche ad una vacanza invernale, essendo munita di impianto di riscaldamento. La casa consta di una sala giorno con camino e una cucina abitale, ben fornita; al piano terra ci sono due camere da letto e un bagno con doccia, al piano superiore vi è un'altra stanza da letto con bagno in camera.
