Completely renovated cottage with excellent views of the countryside of Menorca, located 1.5km from Mahon, has 1 suite with bathroom and 3 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms. laundry room, kitchen, dining room, garage, barbecue and swimming pool among others. Peace of mind. It has all the appliances: 2 fridges, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, satellite tv, gas stove, coffee maker, washing machine, toaster, etc etc portable fridge. This totlmente equipped, towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, a cot also available for drinks with his receiving blankets. The pool got their umbrellas, sun loungers, outdoor tables and chairs. This very near Alaior 1.5 km where there are all kinds of shops and supermarkets. A 12 km is the capital Mahon and the nearest beach is 7 km. Public transportation can grab from Alaior bus taxis etc

Little Paradise especially for familes with kids, big fantastic garden with lots to explore. Traditional menorquin architecture from 19th century in original shape- distribution of the bedrooms visible in the fotos, please mind the floorplan Perfect for one or two big families. Sonos Multiroom Soundsystem in the house and terrace. Great views Private, quiet area and no near neighbors. Just a 10-15min drive to beaches or to Mahon, 800m to San Clemente with groceries and restaurants.

Lovely apartment located near Fornells, a beautiful village at the north coast of the island, in the beautiful urbanization of Platges de Fornells at half distance of all popular spots. This Menorca traditionally designed apartment is a perfect place to relax, the neighbourhood is quiet, and has beautiful views of the sea across the roofs to Cap de Cavalleria's bay. Reaching Cala Tirant beach (1km) is a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute ride by car.

Desde la terraza, se pueden ver las típicas casetas blancas menorquinas de Playas de Fornells enmarcadas por el mar y en el fondo el cabo de Cavallería y su impresionante faro. Un lugar idílico donde se pueden admirar espectaculares vistas panorámicas del mar ; un verdadero poema para los ojos que se vuelve especialmente único durante la puesta de sol.
