Njut av den svenska sommaren i detta fina attefallshus. Huset ligger i ett tryggt och fridfullt område, bara 350 meter från bryggor och 1 km från havsbad. Närmsta tågstation, som tar dig hela vägen till Stockholms Östra, ligger 750 meter bort. Huset består av ett sovrum med en 140 cm dubbelsäng, ett kök och matrum, ett badrum med dusch, en bastu och ett loft med två 90 cm madrasser. Utanför huset finns ett utebord med fyra stolar, perfekt för att njuta av utomhusmåltider. Parkeringsplats finns

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.

A short walk takes you to a quiet lake and a lovely sea inlet, for swimming, or just unwinding by the water. Här kan ni slappna av i lugn miljö och titta på båtarna som glider förbi eller ta tåget in till Stockholm och njuta av dess utbud av restauranter och nöjen. Tågstationen ligger på ca 10-15 min gångavstånd. Det tar 35 min med tåg in till Stockholm. Med bil tar det ca 30-35 min. Fri parkering. Fullt utrustat kök och badrum med kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Dubbelsäng i sovrum. Bäddsoffa för två i vardagsrum.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.
