Vi blev desværre forsinket på vej til Almas bolig. Men det var intet problem, Alma var der til at tage imod os. Hun er meget sød og utrolig venlig. Lejligheden var perfekt. Vi kunne gå ned til byen og stranden. Lille supermarked lige overfor lejligheden. Poolen var dejlig, den var saltvands pool. Ikke noget problem med solsenge. Vi manglede dog en skarpkniv i køkkenet og en brødrister. Men ellers var alt bare perfekt. Vi vil gerne besøg stedet igen

Posto molto carino e ben curato, la casa in ottime condizioni con prodotti di prima necessità (shampoo, bagnoschiuma sale ecc.) che risultano molto utili. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Situato nel verde e con ampio giardino e 3 cani simpaticissimi. Ottima esperienza

Emplacement, à la fois à quelques pas de la mer et au milieu de la vieille ville, vraiment magnifique ! La chambre avec un petit balcon est très confortable. Très propre. Cuisine commune avec 2 autres chambres, même si nous l’avons pas utilisée est très appréciable pour le petit déjeuner et même pour y manger. Excellent Acceuil et communication sympathique avec Alberto. Stationnement dans la rue.

Just magical. A peaceful home tucked away in nature. Such a pleasant host, so accommodating to our needs with our little baby as well. Beautiful space with rustic and cozy vibe. So happy we stopped in for a night. Thank you so much!!!

Ho prenotato un soggiorno di due notti, arrivando venerdì sera tardi. Non abbiamo avuto problema né a trovare il luogo né ad effettuare il check in. Purtroppo però la mattina successiva siamo dovuti ripartire. Ma Roberta è Riccardo sono stati gentilissimi e capendo la situazione hanno modificato la nostra prenotazione per permetterci di avere un rimborso per la notte non usufruita. Abbiamo decisamente apprezzato il gesto. La location si trova in un luogo spettacolare, molto curato e vicino al mare. Peccato non aver potuto godere di più di questo posto bellissimo, ma sicuramente se saremo nuovamente di passaggio non esiteremo a ricontattarli.

Piękne miejsce w historycznym trullo - niezapomniane przeżycie. Bardzo przyjemnie było złapać tam oddech po całodniowym zwiedzaniu miasteczek Puglii. Znakomite udogodnienia. Dodatkowo wrażenie robiło, że z sypialni można było wyjść na dach trullo i dotknąć kamienia, z jakiego jest zbudowany dach. Dodatkowo jest to dobra lokalizacja na bazę wypadową do zwiedzania Puglii. Najbliżej było do Locorotondo oraz Martina Franca. Łatwo było też dostać się z lotniska wypożyczonym samochodem, ok 1 godz. 15 min. jazdy. Polecam i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni!

The house we rented was exactly like the pictures. Clean, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, good WiFi, nice private terrace with lounges, outdoor table and barbecue. The pool was big, clean and with a breathtaking view of the lake Trasimeno. Michele the host was really nice, responsive and helpful. We were so happy with our accommodation that we extended it for a few more days! We will definitely recommend it to all our friends. Thank you Michele for making our stay so great!

It was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. The house is private, very cozy, and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring Umbria. Gabriele gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants around the place, and those we visited were amazing. We would love to come back one day!

Dieses alte Steinhaus ist ein wahres Juwel in den Hügeln Umbriens. Ca 15 Minuten von der nächsten Ortschaft Umbertide gelegen und in absoluter Alleinlage ist es der perfekte Ort um Ruhe und Stille zu genießen. Egal ob Montone, Spello oder Assisi...Umbrien hat unser Herz gewonnen. Frühstück direkt auf der sonnige Terrasse, Mittagsessen unter der schönen Pergola, umwerfende Sonnenuntergänge am wundervollen Pool ♡ Obwohl der Sommer in Umbrien sehr heiß ist bleibt das Haus selbst schön kühl und wir alle haben perfekt geschlafen. 4 Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage, 1 mit Doppelbett, 3 mit jeweil 2 Betten und super bequemen Matratzen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war für uns anfangs die Tatsache, daß kein Toilettenpapier runtergepült werfen darf, aber mit Hygienebeuteln kein Problem. Bei Problemen kann man sich einfach an Tony, den Ansprechpartner vor Ort, wenden und gemeinsam findet sich schnellstmöglich eine Lösung. Danke für eine tolle Woche!

Tommaso's place is beautiful! The scenery is breathtaking, and we enjoyed the Finnish baths and sauna. The apartment has plenty of personal touches that truly make it feel like home. Tommaso provided very clear instructions for finding the place, which we appreciated. We also took a tour of the working farm with him and it was a ton of fun! Highly recommend staying here and doing some of the many experiences offered.

Super nice hostess, always reachable, if you need something you can reach them straight away. I was asked before arrival if I needed anything, like a baby bed, in which room and it was set up and it was a real bed for babies, not a folding bed. I can only recommend it to anyone who needs peace and quiet... Cities can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car or by bike, if you are on a bike you should first look at the surroundings on the map as it is very hilly

Couldn’t recommend this place enough!! We had an incredible 4 night stay! The villa is also in walking distance to the local town which has lovely coffee. The views are amazing and house is a rustic, authentic Italian style house. A huge thank you to the host for being so responsive and so helpful!! We booked a private chef through Chiara for one of the nights which was SO nice, an absolute must if you’re staying! Thank you so much!

Die Unterkunft lag sehr ruhig im Hinterland von Orvieto. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, und gerne im Grünen ist: ein Traum. Gaias Hunde geben einen Sicherheit, und die Katzen kommen gerne vorbei um gestreichelt zu werden. Mit dem Auto ist Orvieto in 10-15 min erreichbar. Vom Haus aus kann man auch einige schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen. Das kleine Haus und die zugehörige Terrasse sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Gaia hat uns stets geholfen wenn wir Fragen hatten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ottima permanenza in un rustico ristrutturato, completamente autonomo dall'edificio principale, riservato e funzionale. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente e ogni necessità è stata soddisfatta con prontezza. Tra città d'arte, trekking e il lago Trasimeno soddisfa tutti i gusti si può dire. Consiglierei la macchina. Esperienza che rifarei.

Lucia and her husband are such a friendly couple, we got so many amazing recommendations of what to do and where to eat in the area, they really put a lot of effort into the list. We had a problem with the water and they fixed it within the first day, had an alternative solution right away. Their English is great, we had a few good conversations. The house is surrounded by nature, there is an olive tree farm close by, we could see beautiful sunsets every night from the garden and so many stars because of the low light area. The pool is bigger than expected and very clean. All in all, the perfect location for a stay in peace and time out from the rest of the world, we loved it!! A car is recommended for the area, it was necessary for us in order to grocery shop and get around in general.

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in Rom und natürlich auch in Carlos wunderschönen Haus. Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen, man hat sich sofort zu Hause gefühlt und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

We had such an amazing time! Such a calm and serene atmosphere! The place is quiet far off the main road and in the woods. Nonetheless it is not far from beautiful cities which make great day trips. It is also the perfect place to just relax, enjoying the sun and lay by the pool. The view is astounding and the staff was very nice and helpful. There is also a restaurant that serves food, which was very tasty! Would visit again for sure :)

Casale 36 was a beautiful property! It was just as described but the pictures did not do it justice. The beds were so comfortable and waking up to the singing of the birds each morning was perfect! We arrived to a wonderful surprise - tasty treats including a home made mushroom lasagna! The property was very private. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Our stay was perfect!

Alles an unserem Aufenthalt war einfach nur perfekt. Gracijela ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, absolut unkompliziert, stets super erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Haus und die Gegend sind total zu empfehlen. Wir konnten die 2 Wochen hier in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Anbindung ist super, sowohl für Strand, wandern in den Bergen oder Städtetrips.

Maria was friendly. She sent us the schedule for train ride to Venice, and back. It was nice and easy going from Ceggia to St. Lucia for less than 6 euros. St. Lucia is only 50 min ride and it takes you right in the center of Venice.

Eine tolle Oase inmitten vom Nirgendwo. Wir haben hier 11 Tage die Ruhe genossen und wenn es zu ruhig wurde Tagesausflüge nach Assisi oder Cortona gemacht. Es ist aber auch ohne Ausflüge alles da, was man braucht…
