Harwood Hill Motel - Farmhouse Suite Down

Our downstairs Farmhouse Suite combines elegance and whimsy. This private, two-bedroom suite has one queen bedroom, a second twin bedroom, a spacious living room with a pull-out queen sofabed, and a full-size kitchen and bath. In addition to the unique artwork and custom design features throughout, the suite has its own private porch. The farmhouse is on the grounds of a small, boutique motel with a large lawn, a gazebo, picnic tables, fire ring, and grill that our guests are welcome to use.

Bromley View Inn Suite #8

Welcome to the Bromley View Inn, where strangers become friends. While staying in this suite you will have access to our large lounge featuring a fire place, tons of seating, a bar and work table. Outdoors guests will have access to our beautiful deck with fire pits and seating looking over Bromley Mountain. Around the grounds you'll find two ponds, a scenic and walkable property with plenty of space to enjoy. We are 4 miles from Bromley Mountain and just 7 from both Manchester and Stratton.

This is the Verona Suite. $215/night This room is for two adults only. It’s an adult hideaway. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. A private bathroom, tiled shower with a rain shower head from the ceiling. A softly lit romantic loft and a chandelier above the queen size bed with down pillows. It's private and A/C, Wifi, and Cable Smart TV. A hot Breakfast is served Thursday-Sunday. Other days have an assortment of breakfast foods and hot coffee. All days 8-10am

This space is 1 room with shared bathroom. Ultra clean property. Full service Cafe on 1st floor offering room service or sit down. Room features a new King bed, 65" Smart Roku TV, retro inspired mini frig and micro, state of the art sit/stand desk w/high speed WiFi and Ethernet connection, and Keurig coffee maker. Large windows for natural light with top/bottom black out blinds. Individual digital room temp control and remote control lighting.

Horned Dorset Art Colony B&B Room 2, Leonardsville

These elegant accommodations are a half-hour from Cooperstown, Glimmerglass Festival, Hamilton, Clinton and Utica. Artist Residency part of the year. Room 2 is a queen-bedded room on the first floor of the Wheeler House and has a private bath with walking shower with antique furnishings, marble bath, the peace and quiet of a past century. We are pet friendly. The Horned Dorset Inn "At Home" meals are available on request (menu on our website).

The Deers Head Inn, Queen Bed Library room

This room was our very popular library until we decided to renovate it in 2021 and turn it into an overnight room for guests. Downstairs is a tavern with exceptional food and beverage selections on the first floor. 6 Inn rooms on the second floor.
