Located in a quiet neighborhood, only 3' walk from the Ano Patisia station you have quick and easy access to the city center and the historic attractions that our beautiful city has to offer. Monastiraki is less than 15' with Line 1. Olympic Sports Center of Athens is about 10' with Line 1 Christmas Theater about 30' bus ride.

This is an independent house, in a beautiful mediterranean garden with a private garage, located in the very heart of leafy Kifisia, one of the most privileged suburbs of Athens. It has a spacious living/dining room, master bedroom, auxiliary bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. A breath away from Kifissia's central park and only one minute walk to cafes, restaurants, fashionable boutiques, movie theatres and museums. Fast Wifi connection 90-100mbps. Renovated '60s house with garden 3 min from train

A 3 min walk from the train station Iraklio [green line]. Within a lash garden. High ceilings, nice textiles and vintage furniture is part of the building's character. This excellently preserved house offers a unique experience of staying in an active but not touristic neighborhood of Athens. At the top of a 4 floor apt.bldg. is a penthouse, which is self - standing and is very quiet. There is a magnificent view of old historic towers, over 100 yrs., and beautiful pine & plane trees all around. Is located at the most central area of Kifisia, which is a beautiful suburb of northern Athens. It's a 5 min. walk to the central taxi/ metro/bus stations for all destinations, also 6 min walk to all beautiful local sights,stores, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc.
