We just stayed one night at the apartment, but it was just what we needed! Kate was super responsive and gave very useful and clear directions. The place is conveniently located and was very clean. The little garden is great to have too.

Perfect spot for attending an event at Oxford Brookes university. Very well equipped flat, with everything you could possibly need. We were very surprised to arrive to croissants and Prosecco. Angela was flexible with check in timing and was always quick to respond.

Beautiful, private perfect space for one or a couple with everything I needed. Beautiful countryside location but near enough to Oxford for me. Victoria and Darren were excellent hosts. The local shop is lovely for coffee and cake though don't rely on it for basics.

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. This is one of the best, if not the best, Air BnB we ever had. Impeccable clean. Has everything you need. The host provides everything some extras you don’t normally expect. Just like home. Host is very friendly and responsive. Flexible check in and checkout helps us a lot on our erratic schedule. Close to Abingdon town centre. Few minutes walk to bus stop to Oxford/Didcot. Spacious car park. Close to river Thames. I would strongly suggest this for people coming to Abingdon and Oxford.

Lovely space close enough to to the city centre. Very clean and comfortable beds. Would recommend!

I stayed at Kate’s air bnb as a retreat with my best friend who also loved the space. Kate was a wonderful host and so polite and friendly and great at communicating Her place is so beautiful and what I liked the best was how peaceful it was as well as the decor of the space and big windows bringing in light and having a view of the garden. The bed was really comfortable and the peacefulness meant I had a great nights sleep. It is such a wonderful place to retreat to and close to nature and lovely peaceful walks, good pubs and food options. I loved the extra touches such as extra fluffy towels, chocolates, coffee machine and milk frother Thank you Kate ! I will be back

That extra mile that Gabriella and Phil goes makes you instantly feel both at home and excited, to be somewhere fresh and new. Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

Had a great stay over night at Reginas place. I was greeted on arrival very warmly and led to the Bungalow. Inside was warm and comfy with all the amenities youd need for a stay and a very generous welcome hamper. Definitely worth a stay if in the local area.

We had a wonderful Easter break staying at this lovely home with our family (4 adults and 2 kids). The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The backyard was a real bonus—perfect for the kids to play and for us to relax. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The location was ideal for exploring Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. We’d definitely recommend this place to other families!

From booking to departure and everything in between, Vered and Paul were incredibly helpful and responsive. The house is amazing and superbly located near the Jericho high street and the canal (which is perfect for dog walks). The house is in a quiet, family oriented neighbourhood is is easily accessible. A great place to stay, out of town but easy to access Oxford. Clean, cosy and stylish accommodation, lovely patio, feels like home. Private parking space in front of the house is a great bonus. We had everything we needed for our stay.

High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful spot. The flat was just perfect, clean and tidy, everything was fresh. The views from every room were outstanding. The three of us were extremely grateful for the Easter eggs left !!! I had booked us a table at the pub restaurant and we weren't disappointed. As we hadn't met Matthew on arrival he made the effort to come over and say hi. Royal Oak is just in the right spot for driving to some beautiful Cotswold villages. I really do recommend it.

This was a great apartment and location. The apartment was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers and the location was fantastic.

This is the second time I have stayed at Kay’s. Lovely accommodation, spacious and feels really cosy/homely. Plenty of parking and just a short walk into the town centre and all local amenities. I highly recommend!
