Pen y Bryn is in an idyllic location at the the foot of Holyhead Mountain with panoramic views across the Llŷn Peninsula and Snowdonia. ‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. Ysgubor Fach (Little Barn) is a newly constructed barn conversion lying on the outskirts of Newborough. It is joined to Ysgubor Fawr (Big Barn) which is also a self contained one bedroom holiday let and is situated on the grounds of Tal y Braich farmhouse. It is set in two acres of grounds with magnificent open views towards the Menai straights and the Snowdonia Mountain range. Ynys Llanddwyn & Newborough forest are a short distance away. We welcome one well behaved dog.

Sied Potio

This cosy one bedroom cabin , handcrafted from Welsh larch, is nestled in a peaceful and quiet location on the edge of Newborough forest. A rejuvenating walk along the Anglesey Coastal Path gets you to Traeth Llanddwyn Beach, where you can take a dip or a paddle or walk around Llanddwyn Island nature reserve, before returning for a snug evening in front of the wood burner. Luxuriate in a super king size bed, and wake up to views of Snowdonia through the picture windows.

Private parking for one car, and roadside parking in front of the property.
