Enjoy our elegant Parisian apartment. We are also happy to share our 15 years of Parisian experiences as well as our tips and habits regarding activities around our neighborhood and in Paris ! The apartment is fully furnished and offers a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a large quality double bed (160×200) and a bathroom. The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor (without elevator: not recommended for XXL luggage)!

Welcome to my cosy studio ! It is ideal to discover Paris in couple or for a business trip. You can take enjoy of a real bed thanks to the space that is in the studio. It is completely equipped and will allow you to make yourself as at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.

Kai's Kitchen Paris

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

Il dispose d'un balcon qui offre la possibilité de déjeuner ou de prendre un verre. Il peut accueillir idéalement 2 adultes mais le canapé se transforme en lit une place pour accueillir un troisième voyageur.
