It is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district, on Rue du Temple—one of the oldest streets in the city—with an exceptional view of Temple Square. C'est un appartement refait à neuf, très lumineux, confortable et bien équipé, 45 m2, situé au douzième étage offrant une superbe vue du balcon (5,5 m2) sur Paris et la Défense. La Défense se situe à 5 minutes en bus du logement (à 15' à pied) et Paris à 15 minutes ( pied 5' + train 10'). Pour les amateurs de sport et de spectacles, il est aussi à 30 minutes à pied de Paris La Défense Aréna. Ce logement est ma résidence principale, il me tient sincèrement à cœur; je l'aime beaucoup.
