Studio de 20 m2 refait à neuf avec balcon sud sur la Tour Eiffel et 2 double lits, au cœur du XVème dynamique, à 10 minutes à pied de la Tour Eiffel et à quelques mètres du métro : notre studio de famille fait partie d'un immeuble 70's, construit par notre grand-père paternel ! Possibilité de louer une place de parking pour 20€/jour-100€/semaine. Possibilité de dépôt des bagages avant le check-in (15h-20h pm) et après le check-out (8h>10h am) pour 5€/valises. Nous avons hâte de vous recevoir !

Lovely and spacious one bedroom apartment, for a couple and up to 4 guests; The 2 sofas can be converted into 2 single beds (80 x 180 cm), ideal for children. The apartment is located in a quiet street, and is very secured with a building keeper and video surveillance. While enjoying the calm of the street, you will be close to nice places to eat, a supermarket just 3 minutes walk away, a beautiful park and many shops just close by. You will find easy ways to reach all Parisian sightseeings.
