Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Come and relax, work, create in this beautifully furnished flat of the old Marais. Artist's studio spirit flooded with light all day long, thanks to its double-orientation and atypical view overlooking glass roofs. Very quiet, the birds sing in the adjoining park. In the heart of Montorgueil, in the 2nd district, on the first floor with no lift of a historic and classified building. Open plan kitchen with all the amenities, bright, 5 big windows for 48 square meters, bathroom with monsoon shower, dressing, bedroom with shutters and blinds. And 2 electric fans. There's Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, DVD/CD player. It's a very sought after area, pedestrian streets, markets, cinemas, theatre, close to everything Paris has to offer.

Direct view Eiffel Tower for 2/4 !

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ...
