Dotato di due camere da letto, un bagno, un soggiorno, una cucina con caratteristiche antiche e una veranda spaziosissima. Inoltre da ammirare la vista dal balcone che dà sul centro di Portofino e da lontano anche un po’ di mare, insomma, i cento gradini di accesso saranno sicuramente ripagati :)

PER FAVORE LEGGETE FINO IN FONDO: e' un monolocale al Tigullio Rocks, vicino al mare Sembra quasi di poterlo toccare e di notte si sente il rumore delle onde. lavori di MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA NON CONSENTONO di scendere sulla nostra spiaggia privata e di utilizzare la piscina. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the sea promenade that allows you to reach the other beaches and the center of Zoagli The beach below has a reduced size compared to the first photograph, the sea has changed the conformation. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length
