Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Zentrale Lage an Quartierstrasse, wenige Schritte zum Skibus/Postauto und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum Scuol mit Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Wellnessbad "Bogn Engiadina" entfernt. Zum Langlaufzentrum und Loipe sind es ebenfalls wenige Gehminuten. Belegung bis 2 Personen (Kleinkinder nicht inbegriffen).

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Im Wohnzimmer sind auch zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Ein Zimmer hat ein Kajüttenbett, aus diesem Grund sind nur fünf Betten angegeben. Die Wohnung hat aber sechs Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist geräumig.
