Buitenhuysje met haard, Schoorlse duinen

Buitenhuysje de Roos is recent helemaal vernieuwd en heerlijk rustig gelegen. Het huisje is klein maar fijn, circa 55m2 en heeft 3 slaapkamers. In 2022 is ons huisje verbouwd, met een nieuwe badkamer, keuken en gietvloer. Er is een haard en fijne houten veranda, waar je heel privé zit, met prachtig uitzicht. Binnen 5 min. rijd je naar Bergen of Schoorl, waar je supermarkten, leuke winkels en horeca vindt. De duinen en het bos zijn op loopafstand en op de fiets ben je in 20 min op het strand.

Energieneutraal knus vakantiehuisje

Houten huisje, zelf gebouwd in 2020. Grotendeels met gerecycled materiaal. Op het huisje liggen maar liefst 20 zonnepanelen! De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! Al met al een fijne plek om te vertoeven

This is the perfect place for families who want to enjoy the peace of the countryside, without missing the conveniences of the city. For example, it is a 40 minute drive to the center of Amsterdam. It is advisable to have a car at your disposal. Because we are located in a rural area, there is little public transport.

Welcome to our nice cottage, situated in a spacious garden. It’s only a five-minute walk to the subway station and two stops to Rotterdam Central . It’s the perfect place for exploring the city and surroundings. The cottage is fully modernised. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Mijn compleet gerenoveerd zomerhuisje staat op kleine loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. Ik heb erg veel liefde en aandacht besteed aan de inrichting, het huisje is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. (geniet maar van de vloerverwarming :) De prive ingang brengt je op een sfeervol buitenplaatsje met eigen toegang. Ik heb een sleutel kastje voor eventueel zelf-check in.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village 10 minutes' drive from Amsterdam. In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.
