Maria’s place is beautiful! Perfect for sharing with another family. Our kids loved the pool and the adults loved the outside seating area. So many amenities in the house including washer & dryer. You do have to walk a little longer than I was planning with kids, but for adults it’s fine. Also an OXO very close and convenient. We would stay here again! Thank you Maria!

Sandra’s hacienda is a very special place. She is extremely responsive and welcoming, opening her home and her long family connection to it. The house has everything you need, with many different places to relax, including the pool, which is a wonderful place to hang out throughout the day. The grounds are beautiful, with paths to explore, all set in a sweet town. It’s all very unique, highly recommend!

Estuvimos en casa Ivonne por trabajo en el recinto de exposiciones Siglo XXI y podíamos ir caminando, es muy seguro y tranquilo. La casa tiene todo está equipada y limpia todo funciona y tienes la sensación de estar en casa. La cocina tiene más de lo necesario. La alberca tiene excelente temperatura las recamaras tienen y baños con todas las amenidades necesarias. Sin duda la volvería a rentar

¡Un lugar muy agradable! El internet del departamento fue un poco inestable para mis necesidades, ya que trabajo en línea, pero en las áreas comunes se puede compensar esto. Recomiendo ampliamente la estancia.

El lugar fue muy cómodo, limpio y tal como se muestra en las fotos. El alojamiento es muy cómodo y acogedor, ideal para descansar. Marjorie nos recibió y fue súper amable y atenta en todo momento, siempre dispuesta a ayudar con lo que necesitáramos. Nos hizo sentir como en casa. Todo estuvo perfecto, sin dudas lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme allí. ¡Muy recomendable!

Location was quiet and a short walk to restaurants, markets, central plaza, and the malecon. Beds were comfortable and Wi-Fi was strong. We especially enjoyed having a table in the courtyard and eating outdoors. We enjoyed our stay.

Casa Que Pasa, es un paraíso que tienes que vivir. La casa es muy acogedora, limpia y bien ubicada, perfecta para relajarse y explorar la zona. Además, las anfitriones Christine y Sonya son súper amables y atentas , lo que hace que la estancia sea aún más agradable. Si buscas un lugar cómodo y con buena relación calidad-precio, ¡este es una excelente opción! La playa prácticamente está a tus pies ! Los atardeceres de ensueño harán que tus tardes sean inolvidables, y por las noches el sonido de las olas harán que te relajes en un ambiente lleno de paz y tranquilidad.

We so enjoyed our stay at Villa Romantica. We were able to have 3 generations of our family (from across USA) join us here. This home is so beautiful. Imagine 90% of your stay is ‘outside’, the living area, dining room, roof top terrace, and Kitchen are all outside. The only time you are inside is to sleep, and yes you can air condition the 3 bedrooms. You will pay for electric but by air conditioning the bed rooms at night our cost for a week was just over $50. Our day to day host contact was Natalie. She kept in constant contact for any need and also volunteered daily activities going on in Mérida. We found the people of Mérida very polite. We rented a vehicle a large suburban and were always able to find parking close in front of ‘Villa Romantica’ (during peak rental season). We drove to the ruins at Chichen Itza, the beach at Progreso, and the grocery stores. Unless you have a large group (we had 8). Driving in the tight streets of Merida El Centro was a bit stressful.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia, tuvimos días de relajación frente al mar, con el sonido de las olas, la casa tiene una magnífica ubicación y la decoración con palmeras de coco la convierten en un paraíso realmente acogedor, realmente disfrutamos el lugar, ideal para descansar y disfrutar con la familia. The property is amazing, beautifully traditional inside, with great privacy and a peaceful vibe. The pool was a highlight: clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing. The outdoor space was also tidy and well-kept, and the manual provided was super detailed and helpful. I visited as a solo female traveler because I enjoy having lots of space, and I felt at ease and safe throughout my stay. I’d definitely come back again if the wind brings me back to Mérida. I had booked this place a while ago while preparing for my year of travel around the world, and from the very beginning, Neil was easy to communicate with, always clear, responsive, and available. I ended up leaving a bit earlier than planned, but Neil was very understanding and we found a solution that worked smoothly.

Beautiful home in a great central location. A block from a great market with incredible food, a couple of blocks from Plaza Grande and everything going on there and an easy enough walk to Paseo Montejo that the 72 year old in our party with a bad knee could make it. The house itself is huge, the pictures can’t capture just how much space you actually have and the views from the multiple levels of patios are better than the expensive rooftop restaurant on Plaza Grande. Overall, if you are like I was and have looked at every Airbnb in Merida and can’t figure out what’s close to the things you want to see or if it’s big enough for your group…this is the place. I stressed for weeks on choosing a place and I’m so glad we get this one!

Het is een prachtig huis om vanuit daar de stad te verkennen. De fietsen zijn ideaal! Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken, aan alles is gedacht. Heerlijk privé, makkelijk parkeren voor de deur. Onbezorgd verblijf, zou het zo weer boeken. Charles was een hele vriendelijke host met veel tips.

Mooie lokatie, wij waren aangenaam verrast. Lekker zwembadje en als je in de tuin bent heb je niet in de gaten dat je in de stad zit. Op loopafstand van het centrum maar als je in het donker terug wil raden we je toch aan een taxi te nemen. Voor 70 ben je weer veilig thuis. communicatie verloopt prettig.
