The home in New Oxford is surrounded by nature, you will stay at one of the most unique location. It has 3 marvelous bedrooms featuring 4 queen beds and 2 king beds. Enjoy the fantastic private area to fish, boat, or grill, the amazing views from practically anywhere in the house, or sit on the covered porch for fresh air. Bring a Kayak or canoe; we offer a free pedal boat. The home is 20 minutes from Gettysburg Battlefield Historic District, museums. Spacious for big family and gathering.

Bring the whole family to this beautiful River House with lots of room for fun + outdoor activities. The home is cozy and warm with view of the river. We've added board games, toys for your littles, and Smart TVs for movie nights. Outside you'll find a hot tub facing the river, a BREEO smoke-less firepit for campfire nights, and a propane grill. Located directly across from the Pequea Boat dock with a boat launch and fishing pier- bring your kayaks, tubes, and fishing lines for endless fun.

Swan Lake is located in Southern Lancaster County. The house is situated on 12.5 Acres with a pond and gazebo. This is a secluded family destination in Amish country but close to numerous amenities. You will enjoy beautiful views of the pond from all floors and decks. Numerous hiking trails and the Susquehanna River are within minutes. I built this house with the intent of guests having plenty of room to gather, or to relax in their own special way. At Waters Edge we spared nothing, commercial appliances in the chefs kitchen. Seating and bedrooms for 16, check out my other listing if you need up to 16 guests. Bring your boats, Jet Skis or kayaks to enjoy the Susquehanna River or chill and relax in the hot tub or pool. Hot tub is open year round, pool is seasonal Mid May-September.
