Great place to stay in/around Belgrade and Bozeman. Used Margaret’s place as a launching point to fish local rivers. Good access to grocery and restaurants. Very close to the airport, convenient. Margaret is a great host, very responsive.

Lisa’s place worked well for our family of 3. It had comfortable beds and furnishings, and the kitchen was well-supplied with everything we needed to make our own breakfasts and lunches. We did have some concerns when we checked in but communicating them to Lisa was a breeze and she took care of them. Very nice place, close enough to Bozeman to get there in about 15 minutes. There is a nice walking path around a small lake right behind the rental. Having Pops Store right in the building was very handy when we needed something we didn’t bring with. Great stay overall! Beautiful environment, easy parking and access. 15 mins drive to a big supermarket, 43 mins to Yellowstone east entrance (once enter east gate it still take some time to drive to the inner part of Yellowstone park so be ware of that :))

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this gem! The location perfectly suited our needs—we spent a few days unwinding in the hot springs near Bozeman before heading over to Big Sky for skiing. The property was impeccably maintained and radiated charm. I wholeheartedly recommend it as the ideal retreat for anyone seeking a blend of relaxation and adventure.

It was perfect for our family of 7 we had lot's of space to relax once we returned from our day trips into Yellowstone and Grand Tetons National Park's. Close to Cody for groceries, supplies. All around beautiful views, spent time down by the Shoshone River ✨🏔️💗 Highly recommended! We would chose them again in future trips.

Words can’t even begin to describe the AMAZING time we had at the River Island House. This was a wonderful escape from city life and a much deserved break from the work world. The house was perfect and comfortably fit all six adults (plus dogs). The picturesque river is the most beautiful part of this serine location. The river served as a backdrop for our family pictures and the sound is also very soothing. We come from the flatlands of Kansas, so being surrounded by mountains is always breathtaking. One afternoon was spent with local residents at Carter’s Camp (Nye,Montana). We had great conversation, ate wonderful food, drank ice cold beer and lost a few dollars in the small casino. We also had the opportunity to meet Ken (the man who built Island River House). It was a great way to learn some interesting history on where we were staying. We stayed at Mariah’s place for a quick ski getaway and couldn’t have been happier. The location is ideal—about 15-20 minutes from the resort—making it easy to hit the slopes during the day, then return to unwind. The space itself is cozy, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. But the real standout is the stunning view and the privacy of the property. It’s hard to imagine finding another spot in the area with such a breathtaking, peaceful setting. Highly recommend!

The house was everything our group was looking for! Plenty of space to spend time together, great furnishings and finishes, and incredibly comfortable beds. We loved our stay!

This mountain house was everything we hoped for and more! Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, it was the perfect winter getaway. The location couldn’t be better—there were incredible hiking trails right out the back door that led straight into the national forest. The attached garage was a huge bonus for unloading and setting up all of our winter gear—especially helpful after long days out exploring. Inside, the heated floors were a dream (our pups especially appreciated them!), and every room felt cozy and comfortable. The fireplace and board games were an added treat! You can tell the host really cares about the space—everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. We can’t wait to come back!

Aimee and her place were phenomenal. We will stay with her every fishing trip to fort peck. Drive way has tons of space to turn around and very comfortable beds. Awesome place right on the River. Sunrises are amazing in the kitchen.

The fireplace is truly a highlight and we really enjoyed relaxing by it after a long day of snowboarding. A clean, comfortable, inviting place to relax and recover from a day on the mountain in any season.

We are so sad to have to leave this beautiful place! Check in was simple, beds were comfortable, everything was clean, there are TONS of recommendations and ideas on things to do/see/go. The house had literally everything we needed, and then some! We loved the location and felt like we were in the middle of everything we wanted to be able to do. Tanya was very responsive to any questions and also reached out to check on us and make sure things were okay; after we had checked in. We will definitely be back!

This was my family's 2nd consecutive year staying at this condo and we had a great time. Sharie's a top tier property manager and as a fellow host, I totally appreciate all the details, consistency and professional cleaning effort that goes into this place. The unit was fully equipped for our 6-nt stay, family of 3, and the perfect home base for a ski trip to Grand Targhee Resort, only a 15-minute drive away (as well as visiting Jackson Hole, just a 50 minute drive away). We had a lovely stay! The views from the condo were beautiful and we enjoyed daily sightings of wildlife. The condo was extremely comfortable and cozy. Our host was attentive to our needs and was so welcoming! We felt at home and enjoyed a relaxing stay. Thank you for an amazing visit! We would definitely stay again!

Teresa’s condo was a perfect spot for our exploring Jackson Hole and Grand Teton Nat. Park. It is just a block off the main road to the Nat. Park and a few blocks to downtown Jackson. The building is tucked away behind another complex so it is very private, quiet, and peaceful. The front door opens onto the banks of a creek. The condo itself was very comfortable, had everything we needed and very nice amenities: great bed, shower, linens and towels. Nice to find a can of bear spray that we could borrow (and fortunately did not need to use!) so we didn’t have to open the bear spray that we brought (and hope to return intact). As someone wrote in the guestbook: this condo is clearly managed by someone who likes people”. Neighborhood Tips: 1. the Nat. Park Visitors Center (5 min walk) lends binoculars. If you don’t have any, borrow theirs. Essential for wildlife viewing. 2. We had an amazing meal at The Kitchen.

A lovely location for visiting Gardiner and Yellowstone Park. Great deck out back with beautiful view of Yellowstone River. The unit is comfortable and tidy, with a well stocked kitchen. There is a binder with great information regarding hikes/trails in the area, and bear spray is available in the unit for your safety. I recommend visiting the Yellowstone Hot Springs - it is just down the road and terrific.

Sue's place is the top AirBnB I've stayed at primarily because of her thoughtful touches. She has made the stay seamless from quality amenities, great local information like restaurant reviews and shuttle schedules, quality interior furniture and art, and easy checkin/checkout. The Grand Targhee ski shuttle is literally right out the door. Overall, a great place. We'll be back.

The place was perfect for a brief stay in the area. The deck over looking the lake was beautiful in the morning while drinking tea.
