Saltburn l The Outlook- Sea views, Dog friendly.

This design award winning detached property is surrounded by grounds which include a slope which may not be suitable for very young children. With stunning sea views, The Outlook is built into the hillside, access is via steps down from the road (or can be accessed via a steep path). Minutes from the Valley Gardens, on the beach path, close to the town centre; this is a beautiful spot. The Outlook sadly doesn’t lend itself well to those with mobility issues or very young children. Dog friendly.

Stone Row Cottage is a recently refurbished property situated in the picturesque village of Brotton. This a family and pet friendly home and is located within 2 miles of the seaside town of Saltburn, and a 4 mile drive to the North Yorkshire Moors. This unique and cozy cottage is ideally located and central to both local amenities and places of interest. You will be a short drive away from the best beaches, moors and woodlands the North East has to offer. On street parking is available.

Wake to stunning views and take an early walk along the sand as waves lap at the waters edge. Enjoy breakfast or brunch at one of the seafront cafés before browsing the unique shops. Walk cliff paths and footpaths, take in the sea views and breathe in sea salty air or, stroll along the pier and sit for a while as people pass by. At the end of the day, ride the historic cliff lift back toward the apartment to unwind in the deep roll top bath before falling asleep between cool linen sheets.

Hillfoot Cottage is a cosy and comfortable 350 yr old cottage which began life as a pig sty in the quiet country village of Yearby, near Redcar. Offering peace and tranquility with local walks on your doorstep. Located a short drive to the seaside town of Redcar and Market town of Guisborough, within 1/2 hours drive to the North York Moors National Park and Whitby and within 1 hours drive to the Yorkshire Dales. An abundance of wild birds are to be found in the gardens of our cottage.

The property is the ideal location for exploring North Yorkshire. 15 to 30 mins from the North Yorkshire Moors, Redcar and Saltburn beaches, Roseberry topping and Whitby. It’s ideal for family breaks, mini breaks and perfect for walkers. A free 2 hour high street parking disk is provided, plus free parking 6pm till 8am daily. Other times up to £4 a day.

Maltkiln House Annex is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annex dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annex straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annex is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Riverside Guest Annexe

Riverside guest annexe is in a secluded garden but is within 50m of Waterfall Park and Great Ayton High Green, with its shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways and Tourist Information. The annexe is attached to our house, but has its own entrance, patio, garden area and parking space. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, plus a third adult or up to 2 children on our pull-out and/or sofa bed. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries. No smoking or pets are permitted in the annexe.

Cosy Seaside Cottage

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique , stylish cosy cottage. Just 100 meters from the dog friendly sandy beach with breathtaking views . Walk to Saltburn to explore the many restaurants and bars or stay local with many coffee shops , bars , places to eat and shops to visit . When you are not exploring the local area , of walking many of the excellent trails you can sit and enjoy a glass or two on one of the two large comfy sofas in front of a real fire.

Newly renovated to a high standard with modern fixtures, The Beehive is equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable and cozy stay in North Yorkshire. The house is decorated for Christmas period.
