1 Bedroom Seminole Heights Bungalow with laundry

Stay in our fully equipped 1920's bungalow. Seminole Heights is a charming neighborhood with many independent breweries/bars/and restaurants within walking distance...or you could sit back on the front porch and relax. Our house is centrally located to many of Tampa's attractions such as Busch Gardens, USF, Downtown, Tampa General Hospital, and Tampa International Airport. While it is possible to get around Tampa without a car, UBER or a rental car is suggested. The bus service is not quick.

Beautiful and spacious condo centrally located

As proven by the many reviews, we take cleanliness very seriously. To further insure the cleanliness of the property, we thoroughly disinfect frequently used areas such as: Doorknobs, switches, handles, bedside tables, bathroom sinks, toilets, counters, TV remotes, and thermostat. Condo is walking distance to shopping, food, and entertainment. Within minutes to beaches, Moffit, VA hospital, USF, downtown, Ybor, Malls, Bush Gardens, Zoo, Museums, and more. Orlando is within an hour drive.

My place is across the street from Target and many restaurants within walking distance. There is a PSTA Bus stop right at the entrance to the condo property.Uner and Lyft are availablThe Pinellas Trail is across the street. The VA Hospital and Bay Pines Park are biking or walking distance. The closest beach is Madeira Beach 2 miles from the condo. All Utilities, Cable/Internet are included. Parking is free and close to the elevators. Plenty of parking spaces are available also.

Best Family vacation! Renovated Nov 2021 Central to CW Beach, Tampa & St Pete. Lg open split floor plan, 4 Bedroom 2 bath & add’l office, Smart TVs. Lg Master Bedroom, dressers, closets. Lg new saltwater pool, indoor pool table, laundry rm. Enclosed pool area. Walk 2 Eagle Lake Park- walking, fishing, bike trails & Lake. Just 6 miles to CW Beach. 5 min to all shops & food stores. Busch Gardens 30 min. Real home not just rental. Pool Heated for added cost based on outside temps.
