I spent over 3 weeks here. It was a fantastic choice and I was very happy. The hosts were friendly and communicative (including when I got locked out during a fire alarm!), the location is excellent, and the apartment was comfortable and just as advertised. I enjoyed coming back to the apartment after long days out and about, or just lounging around during lazy days. The check in process is a bit strange (but I've seen this elsewhere in Melbourne), but that's just about the only complaint I had. Can't go wrong with this Airbnb, especially for a long stay.

This property is well kept and the pictures are a true and exact representation of the property - it is very handy and great little places to eat, near the supermarket, amazing view and a quiet, well kept property. Being on the 59th floor there was sometimes a little wait for the lifts but nothing that would damper your stay.

Nice clean apartment. About 20-25 minutes walk from town. Nice coffee shop and restaurant downstairs. Bed was a bit on the firm side but worked out fine for us. Shower, toilet and sink separated by clear glass walls. Clean place.

Classic Victorian Cottage in the Heart of Fitzroy

We lovely a lovely stay at this Fitzroy home. We stayed with our 4 year old and it was a great place for kids. Close enough to the main streets for access to trams, dining and shops, but far enough to be lovely a quiet. Our child enjoyed the small selection of toys which helped with minimal packing! The hosting team were responsive and friendly.

Asaf (the host) was very responsive, he replied to messages immediately and also kindly let me check out a little later. The apartment itself was in a great area with lots going on nearby but it wasn’t loud ever. The kitchen is also very well stocked with everything you’d need for a slightly longer stay. I’d happily recommend this apartment to a friend!

Had a lovely stay at this warehouse style apartment, great decor and the kitchen had everything needed to cook. The location is very convenient and although it's close to the hustle and bustle of Smith St it was peaceful and quiet in the apartment. Access was easy and Kali was very helpful and responsive.

Absolutely loved our stay at Anthony’s place, it exceeded our expectations and we will plan to come back again later in the year. Affordable, clean, cosy and comfortable. Everything within walking distance. Loved that there were two comfy couches for my husband and I to stretch out and relax on. You don’t get that in most small airbnb’s. It felt like a home away from home. The bathroom is basic and an older style but that didn’t bother us. Everything was super clean and tidy with hotel style linen and towels.

Inner City Cottage - Stylish - Amazing Location

My family and I had a wonderful time at Josh's house. It was close to lots of shops and restaurants, and there was even a bassinet provided for our baby. We appreciated extra touches like wine and chocolate, portable heaters in each room, and a smart TV for entertainment. Would recommend!

A wonderful private and homely escape in a very convenient location. We loved staying in such a unique space where every aspect of the studio and details fit the theme while feeling very comfortable. Our host was very informative and gave a detailed description of how to find and enter the place which made for a very smooth arrival. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment. Everything is as described and how it looks in the photos. The apartment is in one of my favorite locations in Melbourne as it’s a stones throw from the Fairfield Boathouse and the many walking trails by the river. It’s not the buzziest suburb in Melbourne, but a great location to stay if you want to be near to public transport and close enough to the hustle and bustle but in a peaceful, relaxed area.

Great place for a few days in the city. Easy walk to riverside, NGV, Flinders station. Comfortable accommodation and appreciated the coffee pods and variety of teabags!
