The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

You'll love being only a 5 minute walk from Willard Beach and walking distance to 2 different lighthouses: Spring Point and Bug Light. You'll also be a 10 minute drive to Old Port. The Haven is a modern, luxurious cabin that lets you experience the outdoors in exquisite comfort. This particular cabin is often called the "honeymoon suite" because, along with #23, it is our most secluded on the entire property. It features large windows over the bed looking overlooking tall pines and a beautiful stream. It has a small kitchenette, a built-in seating nook with a table, and queen sleeper sofa. There is also a private deck with chairs and an outdoor seating area!

Winter or summer, the Little River Retreat will help you step away from the world - but still be minutes from Reid State Park, Five Islands Lobster, the Georgetown General Store, and the rugged beauty of Midcoast Maine. This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. We love the unique charm of this space and place, and many repeat guests do too. We hope you will treasure (and care for it) as we do!

The Bungalow is a private, luxury, en-suite, small, out-building on the property of the historic Chapman House. The space includes TV, fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker, access to the seasonal pool, and year-round shared hot tub. We are owner-operated. Relax outside on the lawn or the patio, at a picnic table (in season), one of the fire pits, or under the fir tree. Emily's beautiful garden could be in bloom.
