Eda’s Bodrum Cosy Apartment with Garden

I am glad to help basic needs such as transportation, to know the bay area well and more. Basically, the apartment has a view of the sea and its own garden. It is on a site with the safe and secure area. Parking also available on the site. Main road 3min walk, and it has a bus station on it. Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment. Quiet family villa with private pool

Enjoy a stay inside the secluded walls of Villa Zeytin, home to a private pool and delightful garden. The covered terrace is ideal for barbecues and AL-fresco dining with another comfortable seating area overlooking the pool and garden. The location of the villa makes it ideal to visit all of the Bodrum Peninsula with a local bus route nearby, a short drive takes you to the town of Bodrum or the nearby resort of Bitez. Renovated December 2022 the villa now has a larger living room and Sauna!

Evimiz 2022 yilinda tamamen yenilenmis olup, modern mimari bir tasarima sahiptir. Tüm odalarinda Ege Denizi'nin muhtesem manzarasi mevcuttur. Dubleks olan evimizin birinci katinda acik mutfak oturma odasi ve tuvalet mevcuttur. Ikinci katta ise 2 adet yatak odasi, 1 adet giyinme odasi, banyo, ve teras balkon bulunmaktadir. Giyinme odasinda da ihtiyac halinde kullanilacak yatak vardir. Her iki yatak odasindan da balkona cikis bulunmaktadir. Yaz aylarinda gundogumu ve gunbatimi izlenebilmektedir.

A fairy house among the tangerine orchards

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.

Harika bir deneyim yaşarsınız.

Comfy, spacious, stylish villa with private pool

Luxury house with private pool, garden, on the edge of Bitez's tangerine gardens. We believe that you will love the tasteful decoration of the 2-story, 5-room, natural light villa with spacious and high ceiling rooms and the pool with a bridge. The villa is a 5-minute drive to Aktur Beaches and the center of Bitez, is also an 11-minute walk to Bağarası Restaurant, one of our personal favorites. Welcome!
