And for those moments where you want a retreat from all that bustle, the apartment offers the utmost comfort for rest, relaxation, or, should you so desire, a perfect spot to work from home.

El Loft se está ubicado en segundo nivel, con cama individual, Cocina equipada, TV ROKU , escritorio, caja de seguridad Wi-Fi y baño privado. El edificio cuenta con Lavadora y Roof Garden de uso compartido. Frente al edificio hay un parque.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
