Welcome to my caringly & modernisticly furnished apartment in Gelsenkirchen in which up to 2 people can spend a comfortable stay. The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

Die schöne helle Wohnung liegt umgeben von Feldern am Ortsrand von Bislich. Die Ende 2018 komplett renovierte Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung und enthält eine voll ausgestattete neue Küche mit Spühlmaschine sowie ein neues Badezimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Laminatböden ausgestattet, alle anderen Wohnbereiche mit grossflächigen Fliesen. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gewählt und strahlt eine warme Atmosphäre aus. Eine private Terrasse (mit Grill) steht ebenso zur Verfügung.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Unsere schöne Wohnung liegt im südlichsten Stadtteil Essens, in Kettwig. Vom Balkon im 6. Stock aus hat man einen indirekten Blick auf den Ruhrstausee, der direkt vor der Haustüre ist (ca. 5min zu Fuß). Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer (1x 2 Einzelbetten, 1x ein großes Doppelbett), ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch, eine vollausgestattete Küche und ein Duschbad. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon mit indirektem Blick über die Ruhr und Kettwig. Die Wohnräume sind sehr hell und freundlich.

Annas Haus am See

Das Häuschen ist umgeben von viel Natur und einem wunderschönen See mit Trauerweiden. Das A-Frame Haus bietet viel Privacy mit 2 Hektar Garten. Das Haus am See verfügt über ein helles Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein Schlafzimmer. Unsere zwei schottischen Hochlandrinder stehen hinter unserem Häuschen und sind ein richtiges Highlight. Außerdem gibt es viele Vögel, Igel und Hasen im Garten. Auf der Terrasse steht Ihnen ein Bbq zur Verfügung excl. Gasflasche.

Uitermate geschikt als uitvalsbasis voor diverse natuurlijke of sportieve uitstapjes, of als uw 'thuis weg van huis' wanneer u tijdelijk een 2e onderkomen nodig heeft. Buiten is een bescheiden terras met uitzicht op een oude, onbewoonde pastorie. Heerlijk rustig!

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.
