Our home has been in our family since 1923 and retains many original features but updated to suit modern comfort and needs. Great access to beautiful surrounding region of Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. This individual Annexe is situated near the wonderful market town of Coleford in the heart of the Forest of Dean, which has all the amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable and is an ideal base to explore the area. There are many places to visit, such as, Puzzlewood, (walking distance), Clearwell caves, Symonds Yat and the Wye Valley. There is a footpath that leads directly from the property into the forest so you can enjoy walking and biking. There’s also two 18 hole golf courses nearby.

‘The Little House on The Priory’ with Hot Tub

The Little House on The Priory is nestled in the picturesque Welsh border village of Skenfrith, just 15 minutes from Abergavenny, Monmouth and Ross-on-Wye. The Little House sits just beside our home (though has it’s own driveway and entrance) so we’re not too far away if ever there is a problem. Within walking distance is the beautiful river Monnow, perfect for a dip on a summer day, a historic castle, beautiful church and gastro pub. The Little House is a strictly No Smoking property.

Little Hawthorns Cottage

Little hawthorns is situated on a small holding set within its own secluded area (with secure private parking). It has a private and secure garden with orchard providing peace and tranquility. It has fully equipped kitchen, a luxury double bedroom that sleeps 2 and a full size luxury sofa bed that can easily accommodate 2 further adults/children. Utility area with washing machine and fast fibre internet. Welcome hamper is provided on arrival for guests that are staying 3 or more nights.

The Game Larders

Wythall is a half-timbered manor house in a secluded and idyllic setting with garden, fresh water lake, wooded grounds and vineyards. You will enjoy peace and quiet here and see an abundance of wildlife. Wine tastings and vineyard tours are also available via appointment. The Game Larders is completely self contained and situated in the west wing of the manor house. It is well equipped and furnished, with access to ample parking space and central heating throughout. Pets are welcome.

'Abode' at Wellsbrook Barn - A peaceful and relaxing one bedroom, dog friendly, private annexe near to the market town of Ross-on-Wye with parking and a gate for dog security. We are surrounded by lovely walks and lots to discover including the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Hay-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and many other beautiful places. Paddle boarding, cycling and canoeing are within easy reach. Close by is the village pub, The Yew Tree, with its very own cider shop just next door.
