The Coach House

This expertly refurbished 19th-century Coach House is full of character and all ready for your luxurious relaxing break. The open-plan living area has a exceptional view, and when you want a change there's a large smart TV and good-quality broadband for entertainment. The kitchen comes with induction hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all the pots, pans & utensils you need for cooking up delicious meals. The shower room/toilet is conveniently tucked away in a corner. Walk up the distinctive oak staircase to find the upstairs bedroom, with its impressive round window. It sleeps up to three people in a kingsize double bed and a separate single, and there's also room for a travel cot for an infant.The Coach House is ideal for a couple on a romantic escape, or for a family with young children looking for a safe space to relax and play. KEY FEATURES - One bedroom – upstairs, with kingsize double and single bed, space for travel cot. - One shower room/toilet – downstairs. - Sleeps up to three, and infant. - Private outside terrace area with view, shared use of 1.5 acre secure meadow & gardens. - Dogs welcome, two maximum, small additional charge. - Young children welcome (but you may need to bring a stairgate for safety). - Smart TV (Netflix, iPlayer, Freesat etc). - Good-quality broadband/Wi-Fi (free). - Induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge (freezer available if required), dishwasher. - Dining table for four, two leather sofas. - Washing machine (and use of dryer if required). - Underfloor heating (powered by eco-friendly air source heat pumps). - Wood burner, first basket of logs free. It's very well equipped to make your stay comfortable. The superking bed is so comfy. We can offer advice on places to visit, places to dine & there's lots of info/leaflets on local walks/cycle/ canoe hire etc. Come & stay & explore the beautiful Wye Valley in this peaceful spot. You won't be disappointed!

The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

Pat's Flat - peaceful stay on a beautiful farm.

Pat's Flat: a converted Pig Barn located on a peaceful farm, within the beautiful Wye Valley AONB. The historic towns of Monmouth and Ross on Wye, the river and Forest of Dean with their outdoor leisure activities - canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, biking - are easily accessible. A couple of pubs, eateries and village shop are within a few miles walk. Sorry - no pets - this is a working farm and there are friendly Labradors in the adjoining property who are likely to come and say hello.

Welcome to Fallows Annexe - a recently renovated private guest suite set in woodland in the beautiful Wye Valley. Open up the bi-fold doors and enjoy the sun-trap decking area with BBQ. Sit in the hot tub (new for 2026!) on a starry night and listen to the resident owl! Or snuggle up inside by the cosy bio-fuel burner. Fallows Annexe is located in a walkers paradise just up the hill from Symonds Yat and just across the River Wye from the Forest of Dean. Well-behaved dogs/cats are welcome.

As you enjoy the short buggy ride down to the far end of our woodland you will be astounded when you come across our beautiful woodland cabin set in the treetops. You will immediately feel relaxed as you immerse yourself in the surrounding nature. Lounging chairs on the decking provide the perfect place for your morning coffee listening to the birds sing and soak away your stress in the wood fired hot tub then cosy up in front of the log burner and enjoy the tranquility of the woodland.

Victoria Cottage is located in an area renowned for outstanding natural beauty and is a great location for walkers, canoeists, climbers, cyclists and families. The cottage boasts a log fire, stunning views, hot tub hire, loan of bath robes and an array of current magazines. Two pubs, butterfly museum, mini arcade, crazy golf, boat rides and shop a are a short walk away from the cottage. Victoria Cottage was built 1700’s and so please understand that is quaint, quirky and very cosy.

There are plenty of activities/adventures to keep you busy! Including wild swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, climbing Yat rock, bike riding, woodland walks and fishing. The semi- detached cottage is set in a peaceful location with breathtaking views of the Wye Valley. The cosy cottage is set in an ideal location for either a peaceful relaxing break or an active holiday with foot paths, bike trails, canoeing and rock climbing right on the door step. The cottage has its own garden with seating areas to sit and relax whilst taking in the panoramic views across the valley. There are a few traditional pubs and restaurants nearby.
