Penthouse flatlet with terrace by Clapham Junction

Cosy penthouse flatlet, top floor, own entrance & very private. Consists of a bright airy room; dedicated desk, chair & extra screen; bathroom & amazing terrace. No kitchen/lounge but there is coffee/tea & quiet bar fridge. The door at the back connects to our flat but this will be locked & not in use during your stay. Situated in fantastic neighbourhood close to Clapham Junction, less than 30mins to central London. Complimentary cleaning for longer stays. Gated off-street parking (£15/day).

Detached annex KT2 5LR, approx 1hour to Central London) - free on street parking subject to availability, full security. Bedroom, Lounge/Kitchen, Workstation area and modern bathroom. Complimentary Tea Coffee, Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash provided. SKY TV, WIFI. Close to Richmond Park, 1m from Norbition station, on 371 bus route. 1.1m from Kingston Town centre. The Annex is ideal for people visiting the area, visiting family, attending - events, weddings, re union's , business meetings etc.

Situated in Peaslake, the heart of Surrey Hills mountain biking. Direct access to the Hurtwood's fantastic trails - easy access to Pitch Hill/Winterfold. Bike wash down available. Spacious parking. Previously super-hosts in Watford, we recently moved home & welcome you to our newly constructed self-contained modern private double room with en-suite (incl. desk, TV, Wifi & Kettle) . Easy access to Harry Potter, M25, Watford & quick train links to London (15min walk to KL station); 10min drive / bus to Watford Junction. Local leisure centres for Bowling, skating, cinema, restaurants. We live in the house separate from the guest suite & can answer questions offer advice in English & French

Garden View Annex Private Free parking River walks

Take a gentle walk from here along the Thames Path to historic National Trust Runnymede, with its tea shop, many monuments to Magna Carta and beautiful outdoor art works. Less than 2 miles from The Long Walk, explore Windsor and the Castle or visit Saville Garden in the Great Park. We're also close to Legoland. Old Windsor has lots of places to eat (see guidebook) all in walking distance, we're surrounded by beautiful walks and we're also on the direct bus route to Windsor and Heathrow.

Cosy 1 bed Guest Suite Esher private entrance

A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Guest are welcome to use the gas BBQ

Charming 1 bedroom place with parking.

Relax in the beautiful Chilterns in a comfortable self contained suite with En-suite shower, dining area, 40" Smart TV, fridge. Pub 15 minute stroll away. Nearby towns of Chesham & Amersham have transport links into London and offer a host of restaurants and shops. The Chilterns AONB is well renowned among walkers. We are convenient for The Harry Potter studios (20 min drive) The property is self contained and totally separate from the owner's house so you can come and go as you please.

Large self-contained luxury guest suite

A large, comfortable guest suite, with its own private entrance, in a Georgian townhouse. Set in a great Islington location, with excellent transport links, green spaces, and the delights of Upper Street only 5 mins walk away. The space has a boutique-hotel feel with a super king bed, underfloor heating, contemporary furnishings, luxury wet room and a separate loo. We also provide a mini fridge, simple continental breakfast, and tea and coffee facilities. (Note that there is no kitchen.)

Scandi-style Boutique Apartment near Walks & Pubs

With views to the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside, our peaceful self-contained studio apartment is located in the Chiltern Hills in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty right next to the Ridgeway Trail. Light and airy, the space has been renovated to Scandinavian-style with luxury touches. The area offers lovely walks, great restaurants and cosy country pubs (nearest 5 min walk). If you come by train from London, we are walking distance from the station (as well as supermarkets).

Pretty garden room in courtyard setting

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

"Kotimme" Annexe in beautiful area near Thames

Lovely Annexe / Suite with a separate lounge ( inc Double Sofa Bed), Bedroom ( Kingsize Bed ) & Bathroom - ideal for a couple. Sole Use. Attached to the main house but own private entrance & self check-in. Parking on a drive. Smart TV. We don't have a Kitchen but there is a Fridge, Kettle, Toaster and Tea & Coffee, and Milk & Juice are provided. We offer boat trips for an extra fee. Train links to Henley, Reading & London. 5 mins to River Thames
