There will always be a friendly welcome at Cwt Blawd, a cosy and stylish retreat on the hillside, overlooking the Clwydian Range. The historic market town of Ruthin is a mile away and holds a wealth of history with it's castle, and beautiful buildings. Ruthin has numerous restaurants, pubs and take-aways (which includes deliveries). North Wales attractions are accessible by car with Snowdon and Zip World only 1 hr drive away. Walks and cycle paths are plentiful in the surrounding area.

Our spacious ground floor apartment is set in a stunning location with panoramic views of the open countryside. It offers a private pool, parking and immediate access to the beautiful Dee Valley and onto the World Heritage Llangollen canal. A short 5 minute drive from the lovely town of Llangollen with it's shops, bars, restaurants and steam railway. Snowdonia, North Wales and the historic city of Chester all within an hour's drive. <b>Outdoor heated pool is open from June to end August<b>

Set in the heart of the beautiful Shropshire countryside, the annexe at Tower Hill Barn Selattyn, provides an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just 3 miles from the border town of Oswestry it provides an ideal base for walkers, with an abundance of local footpaths - Offa's Dyke is close by. The village of Selattyn is home to The Docks pub which serves excellent food and local beers. The property is not really suitable for children and regrettably we do not accept pets.

It is located next to our traditional farmhouse in peaceful countryside on the English/Welsh border. Only 2 miles from Iscoyd Park, also close to Combermere Abbey and Peckforton Castle making it ideal accommodation for wedding guests. It also makes an ideal base to explore the surrounding countryside. Easy access to Whitchurch (3 miles) Malpas (5 miles) Chester & Shewsbury (20 miles)

A mere four miles from Llangollen you'll find a great base to make the most of all the fantastic outdoor activities and places to visit that we have to offer in the local area and further afield in North Wales, Cheshire and Shropshire.

Our handcrafted en-suite wooden cabin is located within a small wood on the grounds of working sheep farm with an uninterrupted view across the valley in picturesque Shropshire. It has everything you need to retreat from the real world, whether it's for a cosy night in, in front of the log burner or a chance to sit and stargaze on the deck. There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.

Loki Hut Graig Escapes

The Loki Hut The loki hut is a rustic shepherds hut constructed by ourselves here at Graig escapes. Set in the vale of Clwyd in Denbighshire we are located relatively high up so you can enjoy the far reaching views all the way to Snowdonia. The hut is very private and suited to couples and folk who hope to relax and unwind surrounded by nature and animals. The outside bathtub is just stunning at night. We are located just 4 miles from Llandegla forest, 7 miles from Ruthin.

Geodesic Dome with wood-fired hot tub in the heart of Shropshire countryside. Situated in a 3 acre paddock on our family small holding. Getting around we would suggest you have a car or bike as there is no public transport or cabs. Please note we are a working farm so you will see and hear tractors during your stay. Our family are also keen equestrians so you will also see horses. There is also a Glamping Cabin in the field so you may see other guests during your stay.

Wander around some 10 acres of fields and woodland or walk along the river's edge. All private and exclusive. Remember to bring your walking boots or wellies.
