The Oliver House

This property boasts breathtaking views of the Ocean City skyline and is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in West Ocean City. Bring your boat, paddle boards, kayaks and firewood for the most incredible vacation. Crabs and clams are plentiful and the kids can enjoy playing in the small beach area while splashing or swimming in the bay. Although you may never want to leave, it's a short drive to Ocean City's beaches and boardwalk, Assateague Island and the quaint must-see town of Berlin, Maryland.

Charming A-frame nestled in the heart of Ocean Pines. Open floor plan, softest sheets, flat screen TVs, high speed WiFi, in an amenity filled community surrounded by multiple beaches. 10 min from Ocean City and 15 min from Assateague! Sleeps 4 comfortably. Perfect for 4 adults or family. Must be 25 yrs old. Enjoy all that Ocean Pines has to offer including 5 pools, multiple playgrounds, yacht club and farmers market. Weekly rental during the high season. Please inquire about longer stays.

Sunny Days

Casual, spacious open floorplan, all on one floor with a huge back sun porch, nice front sun porch and deck. Centrally located, beaches, historic Berlin, and amenity filled community [pools, golf, pickle-ball etc.] Sleeps 8-9; king, queen, full-twin bunk, single. Must be 25 yrs old or prior service military or first responders. Recent price hikes forced us to cut the cable, switch to streaming services, and install TVs in each room. Linens and beach club parking pass available for a fee.

Full week rentals only during summer season -Memorial day through Labor day. Sweet cottage, offering a beautiful, quiet respite, just(6 mi.) to all Ocean City. Md attractions. Access to neighborhood beaches, pools, the OP Yacht club/restaurant, Tangier outlets, Assateague State park, many restaurants, golfing and walking trails. No rentals under 25 yo. Please note: FULL WEEK RENTALS ONLY during Summer season- MEMORIAL day through Labor day- Sat or Sun check-in/out-@$1,750.Sec deposit: $500.

Peaceful Beach Cottage - Sanitized & WiFi!

Fully renovated quaint house in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach/ocean! Community offers many amenities such as pools, restaurants, playgrounds, etc. Have peace and quiet while only being minutes from the beach and main OC drag. Very close to the casino! We have implemented cleaning/sanitizing procedures between stays to ensure a clean house! *June-August we only accept 7 day rentals with a Saturday check in* *Memorial & Labor Day weekends have 3 night minimum with Fri check in*

Waterfront Beach Home in the Ocean City, MD Area

There is room for 8 adults (plus 2 kids). Located in the premiere seaside community in the Ocean City area, Ocean Pines, this wonderful waterfront home provides amazing views both day and night. The open floor plan provides guests with lots of room to socialize and bond, but also has secluded bedrooms that provides needed privacy. The outdoor living area is to die for. Sit back and watch the sun set over the canal while you catch up with friends or loved one. Use our bikes!

Amazingly convenient yet secluded.

Our place has views; the yard has beautiful shade trees that set the mood for deep relaxation. One can walk to Walmart, Denny's, Hampton Inn Suites, Ruby Tuesdays and many other business's in minutes. Ocean City is about a 35minute drive. Salisbury University is a five minute drive. UMES is a 13 minute drive.This home is ideally located. A retired teacher on one side is your closest neighbor; on the other property is a caregiver. Needless to say this is a very safe place; enjoy.

Beautiful Renovated Home, Perfect Getaway!

Enjoy your stay in the quaint part of Salisbury in this cozy, newly renovated 2 bedroom home. A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Awake refreshed and ready for a day of exploring. Head out and wander through the quiet neighborhood, bike to downtown Salisbury to do a little shopping and enjoy the local foods. We are 30 minutes from the sandy beaches of Ocean City & Assateague Island and 1 block away from Salisbury University.
