Little Alum is a gorgeous spring-fed lake in the quintessential New England town of Brimfield, MA. Brimfield is known as home to the largest flea market in the country. Little Alum is regarded as one of the cleanest lakes in Massachusetts due to its pristine water quality. The charming cottage is a one level home within close proximity to highways & downtown Sturbridge and off route 20 just a few minutes to downtown Brimfield and Antique show/flea market. “La Casita” is a private waterfront home near Umass medical! Modern 1-2 bedroom home with a Master Bedroom on the second floor and a multi use room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom with a full size futon. There is a 3 season porch with a dining nook which leads out to a big outdoor deck. There are multiple ceiling fans and water toys for renters use. No pets or smokers. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with another home on the lot with small children so calm renters only please.

Newly-renovated, 650 square foot cabin with a wall unit AC, fire pit, grill, smart TVs, kayaks, paddle board, and all the amenities you’ll need. (FYI: We also own another lakefront Airbnb right down the street that accommodates 10 guests. Ask for link.) *A brand new retaining wall and dock will be installed May 2024. This will extend and even out the lawn for nights around the firepit!

Escape to the Lake!

Relax with family or friends at this little slice of heaven directly on Sunset Lake. The west facing views make the lake live up to its name. We purchased this home in fall 2023 so all furniture, paint and fixtures are relatively new! While this home is outdoor living at its best, we do have WiFi and TV for those who want it. There are 2 kayaks for use as well as a covered hot tub with lake views. You can walk into the shallow water from shore and jump off the dock with ease.

Year round house: you'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Camp Mishnoah, a former Girl's Club Camp, is undergoing restoration into a wellness retreat. This rental is a stand alone house. A very comfortable queen size bed and a single bed in a separate bedroom, lodge style living room with a vaulted ceiling, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a half bath. Access to the pond and hiking trails. Nearby Sturbridge Village and Tree House Brewery.
