Walk to the Beach from a Leafy Paradise in Mosman

This modern 75sqm self contained apartment is part of a luxury home with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is combined living dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside deck. Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas with direct access to Chinamans Beach & Rosherville Reserve from the outside deck. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. The house is steps away from a beach in Sydney’s Middle Harbor and near Rosherville Reserve, a quiet park with picnic areas. Surrounded by national parks and great walking tracks, Mosman offers beautiful scenery and views of Sydney Harbor. Located 5min drive to Mosman cafes and shops or a 10min leisurely stroll to Balmoral Beach. Just a short walk to the bus stop for a 20min bus into Sydney CBD or 20mins bus to Manly Beach. If walking is not your thing, Mosman Council has a free courtesy bus available and you can find the timetable at http://mosmanrider.net/ The kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, microwave / oven, induction hot plate, toaster, jug and necessities. On the outside deck there is an electric barbecue. If you require an additional bedroom this can be arranged .There is an additional guest room on the same level across the courtyard. Suitable for older children or couples at an additional cost

My “small” one bedroom apartment is centrally located to every area of the inner city, sprinkled with cafes, parks, bars and restaurants. This 1930's art deco building has a lift and an amazing rooftop terrace with pool and fantastic views of Sydney harbour. If you have an early flight you’re welcome to drop off your luggage earlier and make use of the shower and bathroom in my massage studio next door in 502. This service is also available for luggage storage after check out.

Mosman retreat close to harbour

Take a ferry ride with a cup of coffee to the city, listen to the lions roar in the zoo with a French glass of wine in the garden are just few of the lovely activities while staying at our BnB. Warm and cosy in the winter, in the warmer months be sure to enjoy the heated pool. This lovely little apartment offers a beautiful natural and peaceful escape. There is also a generous size swimming pool, BBQ area and garden for guests to enjoy. Breakfast supplies are provided including fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread and eggs .
