Silver Fox Barn, Chatton, near Bamburgh

Silver Fox Barn is a stone barn conversion in the hamlet of Hetton Hall, near Chatton, which we fell in love with and fully refurbished in 2015. If you want peace and quiet, fresh country air, and an abundance of wildlife, this is for you. Warm and cosy, with beamed ceilings and a log fire, the Barn is furnished with hand-crafted furniture by Indigo, comfy modern sofas, and finishing touches of local and historical interest. Ground floor - Entrance hall with cloaks and WC. Snug room with TV, DVD and games. Farmhouse style kitchen with pine table, range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, combi microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and French doors opening out to the enclosed front garden and patio area. Lounge with wood burning stove, TV with Freeview, DVD and arch over patio doors leading to the rear enclosed garden. First floor - Bedroom 1 with a Super king-size bed, en-suite shower room, heated towel rail and WC, and walk-in dressing room. Bedroom 2 with a Super king-size bed. Bedroom 3 with Twin beds. Bathroom with over bath shower, heated towel rail and WC. Services - Electricity and oil central heating included. Logs fully provided in garden log store. Wi-Fi. Shaver point. Duvets with linen and towels. Off road parking for 3 cars. Shop/pub 3 miles in Chatton or Belford. Availability - All year, normally a minimum of 7 nights, but short breaks are possible by arrangement.

Chestnut Cottage, Town Yetholm, Scottish Borders.

The Cottage will appeal to many, it is bright, light and airy with a mix of period and contemporary. The kitchen has modern free-standing, stainless steel style cabinets, which extends into the terraced garden. The upstairs consists of 2 double bedrooms, the front room a lovely sumptuous double bed, the back bedroom another double divan style bed with superior bedding. The Cottage is in Town Yetholm amidst the spectacular scenery of the Cheviot Hills fantastically placed for walking, biking.

Cosy cottage in beautiful Branxton

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings between 28 Mar - 30 October ‘26 are 7 nights only with Saturday check-in. It may appear otherwise on our calendar due to an Airbnb glitch. Our lovely holiday home, Mary's Cottage, is set in the beautiful North Northumberland countryside just a few miles from the Scottish Borders. A peaceful rural retreat for couples, with walks from the door and being only a short drive away from the stunning Northumberland National Park and Heritage Coastline AONB. Dene Cottage is in Callaly, a quiet hamlet in the beautiful Northumberland countryside, 2 miles from the picturesque village of Whittingham and conveniently located between the towns of Alnwick and Rothbury (each 15 mins drive away). Greenloaning, Delightful Cottage, Scottish Borders

You’ll love Greenloaning Cottage because it is comfortable, clean and cosy. Situated on the edge of a lovely Borders village close to all that the Scottish Borders has to offer. A large and pretty garden perfect to relax in and enjoy the wildlife, and children or pets to let off steam. Charlie's Place - for Countryside and Coast

If, like us, you enjoy countryside and coast then Charlie's Place could be the perfect place for you. Our pretty, traditional Northumberland cottage is in the historic village of Belford. The Northumberland Way is on our doorstep and beaches and castles galore are only a few minutes drive away. Stable Cottage at Yearle House

Stable Cottage is a newly renovated cottage in the grounds of Yearle House in the Northumberland National Park, yet just over a mile from the market town of Wooler and half an hour to many beaches and castles. The cottage has an open-plan spacious ground floor with sitting and dining area with kitchen and 2 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor.garden with patio and more shared gardens to explore. There are many walks right from the door and lots of wildlife to see.
