Just north of Atlanta & 5 miles off I-75, our Hideaway on the Hill features a private entrance to a 240 sq ft private guest suite located on the bottom level of the home. There are no shared spaces. This clean, calming space is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood great for walking the dog. An easy drive to great restaurants, shopping and the Atlanta Braves stadium. Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Cozy up at Little Farm at the foothills of the Appalachians. Perfect for couples and traveling professionals, our private walkout basement has a separate driveway and entrance, king size bed and full bath. We also have a family game room with a foosball table, electronic soft tip dart board and its own 70” Ultra Hi Definition TV with 100+ channels. There is also a desk and office chair. Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.
