A cozy cabin nestled in the country side of southwest Wisconsin. Located on our 28 acre organic maple syrup farm. This Amish built log cabin has its own driveway offering privacy for a perfect getaway! Sleeps 4 adults, which includes a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 single beds in a loft area, & a queen size pullout sleeper in the main room. Ideal location in the Driftless Area for excellent trout fishing. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Viroqua for convenient dining and shopping.

Cozy Trailside Nordic Forest Cottage

Welcome to the Trailside Gökotta Forest Cottage: a modern, minimalist and serene nature cabin on the Birkie Trail system. Gökotta means 'to get up early to listen to sounds of birds and the forest'. Located right on Birkie Ridge Trailhead with close access to vast CAMBA trails, this is a nature escape for outdoor enthusiasts who love to bike, ski, hike, and bird watch. Enjoy ski-in ski-out to groomed trails, bike-in bike-out right onto trails, then cozy up by the woodstove or fire-pit at night.

The Timberjack

Although it's a rustic homage to the lumberjacks and jills of yesteryear, this cabin includes many of the comforts we now enjoy including a queen bed, kitchenette with fridge, hot water, AC/heat, a Keurig coffeemaker, smart TV and charcoal grill. The Timberjack is surrounded by trees right on Lake Hayward and close to downtown Hayward. Launch your canoe just steps from the cabin, walk into town for lunch, or go hiking or skiing on the nearby trails, this cabin is nestled in the ideal location!

We designed this space for a warm, cozy getaway. The overall goal of the design was a connection with nature and with the one you love, highlighting the beauty of the Driftless region. Use the onsite sauna or outdoor tub for a unique experience. Connect with nature in the Driftless Area of SW Wisconsin, drive to one of the attractions from this central location including the House on the Rock, Taliesin, Devil’s Lake Park, and more. Bring your canine companion as well, there is acreage to roam.

Lil’ Kickback on Elk Creek (Eau Claire area)

Remote, tranquil, quiet and private getaway on 5.8 acres on the banks of the Elk Creek; only 1.5 hours from the Twin Cities! This creek is known as a class 1 trout stream. Guests can enjoy fishing, sight seeing, canoeing and kayaking the Chippewa River or Elk Lake, biking, hiking, atv/utv and snowmobile trails nearby as well. Enter a world of peace and calm deep in the woods. This is a beautiful rustic cabin that has been beautifully restored. Permit issued and inspected by Dunn County.

CR Station Train Caboose

Enjoy the restoration of our charming and cozy caboose! Complete with all the amenities you'll need and more! Linens and towels, refrigerator, microwave, a double burner hot plate, dishes for cooking, barware for cocktailing, and even the original conductor's chairs to watch the sunset over the horse pasture. Grapevine Log Cabins, based in Sparta WI, offers pet friendly cabin rentals on a family dairy farm. Amenities and activities include: a walking trail, bike trail, cows in pasture, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, grills outside (there is no cooking in the cabins), Air Conditioning, Heat and firewood is supplied. Nearby activities include: canoeing, fishing, 4 wheeling, antiquing, and superb scenic sites. Pet Policy: Pets may stay with you for an extra $25 per pet/night.
