We put a lot of love into this place. We recently renovated with modern touches, a complete gourmet kitchen modern. It has everything you could need to cook your meals. Our new fireplace able to change fire colors it gives a warm and romantic feeling. Our decorations are also very modern and carefully selected. The bathroom is new very modern and spacious. We added a smart T.V. to each room. A complete back yard and barbecue or just relax. Also many benches all around the perimeter of outside.

You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. NOTE: We follow recommended Covid-19 cleaning procedures at all times.

Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

I want everyone to have a comfortable and safe place to stay.  With the ease of digital check-in and the ability to manage your booking through the app, you will not need to interact with anyone in person.  Of course, if you need anything, I am always a text or phone call away.  Our cleaning service is trained to properly disinfect and deep clean the house before and after your stay.  The home is fully furnished with new furniture and dishes.

We are located in Groveland, CA just about a 10 minute drive to restaurants and a grocery store. The home is about a 45-50 minute drive to the west Yosemite gate entrance. The one bedroom guest suite has a queen bed, small bathroom, coffee nook, microwave, and mini fridge. This guest suite is perfect for couples or solo travelers

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage nestled in the middle of an almond orchard on a private road.
