For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 15 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. Downstairs is the master bedroom, master bath, living area, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son.
