Great stay. We loved the cabin. Room for everyone to sleep, spread out, and relax. The cabin is in a rural area, which makes it a very relaxing quiet stay. Downtown Cottonwood right down Main Street as is Safeway and Dairy Queen. Sedona 20 minutes away. We all enjoyed what Cottonwood had to offer. Host communicated well, and messaged us immediately. Thank you!

Marcia’s place was true to the pictures. Fully stocked. The location was great. Beautiful views during the day and great star gazing at night. Will stay here again!

Michele has been an awesome host throughout our stay. The house was brilliant, just what we needed for a family weekend in Prescott! Very close to Willow lake and the trails around it. Kitchen is nicely equipped for sorting out multiple people. Highly recommend.

Great home with superb access to trails. Four bedrooms give the ability to host a relatively large group. Three couples would be comfortable there.

This house was absolutely beautiful! It was spotless and clean! Felt like a home :) had plenty of household items u might need inside. The area was also quiet.

Another terrific stay at Susana’s property. When we return to PV to visit friends the house is always clean and amenities are more than advertised. The kitchen is supplied with appliances, cookware, dishes and everything to accessorize. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean, modern & peaceful with plenty of soap products and linens supplied. Everything is as advertised and more. Susana knows how to host a bnb. She is kind, responsive & cares that her renters are happy & comfortable. We will always reserve Susanas bnb when we travel to PV.

Clear instructions from the host. The place was clean and homey, and it looked like the pictures. There were kitchen and bathroom supplies available also which was thoughtful. I didn’t have any issues with the place during my stay. Communicating with Tamara was easy. I stayed by myself as a solo traveler so safety was a priority for me, and I can say I felt safe there.

Jamie's place was perfect for our needs. We wanted a peaceful place to hang out with our friends and our dogs, away from fireworks. The house was very easy to find and check in was also very easy. The property was advertised and was very clean. plenty of area to park. inside was very spacious. whole place was clean and very welcoming and free of clutter. The master bathroom has an amazing shower with two shower heads. was wonderful. 😍. The beds were very comfortable and there were pleanty of extra blankets if needed. The house rules were easy to find and understand. All the Amenities that are listed are there and easy to access. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. if we go back to Clarksdale, we would definitely check to see if Jamie's place was available.

If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, clean and stocked place to relax, this is the place. It sits at the end of a dead end road and is all the things mentioned. You have privacy, peace and quiet and just 10 minutes away there is everything you need with great places to shop with stores and restaurants. This place is very well stocked with everything you need to cook in the kitchen as well as a great gas barbeque, along with a couple of charcoal options if you enjoy cooking with it like I do. The house is easy to find and check in and out are very simple. Carmen was attentive, but honestly there was no reason to contact her because everything there is in great working order. The pictures you see are great and its even better when you get there. We will be back and I highly recommend this place. Thank you Carmen for a great week.

We had a great stay here- the house is everything you could want and more. Stacy was an incredible host- very informative and responded quickly which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Sedona area!

Beautiful house with everything as described! We loved it!

We loved our stay in Sedona at Russel’s place. Location was great, right off main road and close to uptown. Grocery and restaurants all very close by. Was a very comfortable stay for our family of 4. Appreciated laundry access during vacation. Condo is close to pool and hot tub. Russell provided a guide book with helpful suggestions of local hikes. He was very quick and responsive to any questions. We loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home in Cottonwood! Everything was very clean and the house itself was great. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view of the mountains from the backyard. It was in a very peaceful location on a private drive off the main road, but not far from restaurants and shops. Also, Sedona is a close drive and we did a day trip to the Grand Canyon one day. The hosts were very responsive throughout our stay and helped us out quickly with a few things that we needed. Highly recommend staying here - you’ll love it!

We loved our stay! The house was clean, in a great, quiet, safe neighborhood, and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard was lovely as well - we enjoyed the pool and the lawn games. I'd definitely recommend this place! Great for groups.

We had a great week stay here. Location was great quiet and tucked back in a nice neighborhood walkable to some trails and coffee/stores. We enjoyed the hot tub on cool evenings. Maureen was very responsive.

We loved the location. The backyard was just the escape we needed. There are two kayaks provided and we had a blast with the kids going down the "rapids". The house is very nice and spacious. The appliances are top of the line and the kitchen is fully stocked. The two fireplaces are wonderful. My only complaint is the outside cushions were not on and the outdoor furniture was not clean.

I have chosen this property two years in a row because it has proven to meet my needs.

We recently stayed in Jim and Lynne’s Casita for my son’s soccer tournament this past weekend. The Casita was so easy to find and I appreciated the private driveway. The home was immaculately clean, comfy, quiet, and a perfect fit for our family of three. After having such busy days it was nice having somewhere so cozy to come back to. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful and we felt so safe. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Ann was very communicative. The private patio space has a beautiful view where we enjoyed the March snow on the hills. We heard her two dogs at different times throughout our stay. Ann’s place had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again.

Nick’s place is a great cozy little cabin, it has everything you need, and if you’re traveling with a dog the yard is fully fenced. The road is a bit rough to get there so you probably don’t want to drive your low slung sports car there.

My daughter and I stayed at the Owls nest with my three grandchildren. and I was very pleased at the location, we had all we needed. The safe fenced back yard gave the children a fun place to play and get their snout after traveling by car for two days. Penny responded to our questions in a timely manner. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Great space, far enough away from the touristy areas to feel secluded and peacful, but close enough to still have easy access to all the things, which is exactly what I wanted. Loved the hammock, was so nice to take a little nap out there. I never did find the private creek that was noted in the listing though, not sure where that was.

Cool house with all the amenities that you would need. 20 minute drive to Sedona and a 45 minute drive to the top of Mingus Mountain.
