If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, clean and stocked place to relax, this is the place. It sits at the end of a dead end road and is all the things mentioned. You have privacy, peace and quiet and just 10 minutes away there is everything you need with great places to shop with stores and restaurants. This place is very well stocked with everything you need to cook in the kitchen as well as a great gas barbeque, along with a couple of charcoal options if you enjoy cooking with it like I do. The house is easy to find and check in and out are very simple. Carmen was attentive, but honestly there was no reason to contact her because everything there is in great working order. The pictures you see are great and its even better when you get there. We will be back and I highly recommend this place. Thank you Carmen for a great week.

This house had plenty of space for our group of 6 ladies. Clara had all the amenities for us, including laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, an extra roll of paper towels and plenty of toilet paper. The hot tub was warm and ready to go, and she had plenty of extra swim towels. Its always the small things in my mind that stand out. :) We used all the available amenities, including making breakfast every morning -- she had all the pots, pans, even oil spaces. Definitely gets a 100 in our book and would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you Clara!

Great place to stay! Everything was so smooth and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful ! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful at night.

The pool house was really charming. The interior is loaded with high end amenities such as large stainless refrigerator, air fryer/oven/micro, oversized kitchen sink for cooking, a smoker, washer/dryer, etc. The outdoor area is very nice including a gas grill, pool, and pool chairs. Our 2 day stay was great and we would stay again when in the area!

Great host, very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Terrific accommodation, clean and cozy, close to amenities and great hiking. Well stocked kitchen and nicely furnished, everything needed for a comfortable long term stay. Handy 2 car garage and nice patio seating area in the back yard. Quiet and scenic neighborhood.

This place was GREAT! We have been to many Air BnBs and this place is definitely one we would visiting again. It was well stocked with a variety of kitchen cookware and equipment (through out). There were plenty of spaces to relax whether inside or outside. Shannon was a very responsive and friendly host. This space is great for friends and/or families! Clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. The top bunk does say that there is a weight limit of 150 lbs. If you're traveling with adults like we were, this is helpful to know. This place is true to listing and we were incredibly pleased! I highly recommend staying here if you come to this area.

This place was so clean. The outdoor space was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the fire pit. It was nice to sit outside where it was quiet and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was a pleasure to spend the weekend at Spencer’s house, it had everything we needed, and catered for all our needs. We will definitely visit again!

We stopped here for a night to rest our heads on a long journey. Our dogs absolutely loved the huge yard and felt right at home. It was beautiful and comfy and we would love to come back. The hosts were fabulous and friendly.

We had the most peaceful, comfortable, and enjoyable stay at Juniper Sky! The surroundings were calm and beautiful- large porch, great view, serene environment. The interior space was done with such incredible taste and thoughtfulness- the rooms were beautifully appointed and so comfortable. It felt like the hosts thought of everything we’d ever need or want (from quality bath products and local artisan honey, to important basics like Ziploc bags and extra batteries!) Every bed was new, comfortable, and clean, with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well-stocker, clean, organized, and user-friendly. All appliances/amenities (especially hot tub!) were in great condition, as described, and added to the experience. We had a fabulous stay and can’t wait to stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, it was the perfect getaway for our group of 6! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers had excellent water pressure—definitely a plus. We also loved the ceiling fan/light combo in the bedrooms; such a small detail but it made a big difference in comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home and at ease. Highly recommended—we’d absolutely stay here again!

This Airbnb was wonderful! From the moment we walked in the door we felt at home. Our 2 dogs the same-when they're happy we're happy. The home was clean smelling and the master was ready for move-in. The refrigerator and stove/oven were clean and ready to use. The layout of the house made for a good nights rest. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. And the neighbors were nice. Jonathan was a great host. The home has a fancy thermostat which took us a night to figure out and the yard was not quite big enough for our dogs to run and play, but there were plenty of places to take them around Prescott area. Lots of trails and picnic spots made us all happy. Thanks for a grea stay Jonathan.

Nicole’s place was amazing! Walkable to all that Cottonwood has to offer! The outdoor area was incredible relaxing and the inside is spotless and well-decorated and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was amazing, very friendly and responsive, and they checked in on us during our stay just to make sure everything was going well. That extra touch of hospitality really made a difference. I enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A lovely place and very spacious and comfortable for our family! John had all of the necessities needed for the stay. Close proximity to Findlay Toyota Center, grocery stories, eateries, etc., which made it so convenient. John was easy to communicate with and answered our questions quickly. Would definitely stay at John’s again.

It was everything we were looking for very clean, beautiful SO peaceful right in the middle of nature and beautiful mountains AJ was very helpful and friendly gave me great tips of my surroundings I recommend his place 100%

This Prescott house is first class and one of the best places I have ever stayed at. I say that because it is clean, well provided, and beautiful. The house itself is located on a quiet street surrounded by beautiful rocks of the area. You feel like you are in a lovely quiet oasis. The house is homey and clean. Every time I needed something, it was there. Ryan was amazingly communicative and helpful, like a friend.

main living area is nice and open. this made it great for everyone to be together. my favorite part was watching the sunrise while eating at the table. with the large window it makes for a very amazing view. very comfortable beds, great outdoor setup and tall shower heads are just a few more great things we loved. thank you for a great experience and a wonderful weekend with the family!

Aaron' place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The home had a great outdoor space and a large yard. I am extremely happy renting Aaron's place. I would recommend Aaron's to anyone that wants to visit Prescott or the surrounding areas.

Lovely home! We appreciated the parking, comfortable beds, hot tub, water in the fridge and the ample parking.

Private, clean, and overall great place to rest. We booked Ray’s home on our roadtrip just passing through. Super easy to get there, get in, sleep, wash up, and hit the road again. You’re only 5-10 mins away from some great coffee and breakfast spots. I highly recommend Jen’s Seventh Ave Cafe (only 15 mins away). The space is EXACTLY as pictured. Plenty of room for a larger group. Looking forward to booking again on another trip!
