The Farmhouse at Wiley Farms

The 109-acre farm is in full view from your back door. Many days you may catch some cowboys practicing rodeo events at the arena. A walking trail will be available soon. There is a very good chance you see deer, rabbits, racoons, ducks flying in to roost, along with the horses and cattle. All this, and only 3 miles from town!

Located approximately 8 minutes from exit 22 on I75 and within 1/4 mile of fine dining, boutique shopping, Chick-Fil-A, and Starbucks. We aim for our guests to have a comfortable and relaxing experience in our very clean condo.

Welcome to our little yellow house! This home is over 100 years old. It’s a quirky little thing with uneven floors and walls. Most of the house has its original walls and ceilings! It’s been added on to several times. We’ve given it lots of tender loving care to get it back to its beauty! You will love staying in this peaceful setting in our vineyards! While you’re here, be sure to visit our tasting room and store. We even have fresh fruit in season!
