Studio @ The Gubeon

A self contained, compact studio apartment located within my home, with a private secure entrance. We are 3 miles from Morpeth town centre and easily reached from the main A1 and A696. It is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment has its own kitchen with facilities/utensils for self catering (hob & microwave oven). There is a sofa and dining area with digital smart tv. There is tea and coffee provided along with fresh milk, butter,breakfast cereals and sliced bread.

Double en-suite room & cosy lounge with breakfast

The Rowan Suite is self-contained within my house, giving you quiet, private accommodation . It is an ensuite double bedroom with king size bed plus your own unique lounge, overlooking garden and woodland. There is car parking and bike storage and is only a short walk from Stocksfield rail station and bus routes. Great base for trips to Hadrian’s Wall, historic properties, Northumberland National Park and the nearby towns of Corbridge and Hexham. A hamper of breakfast goodies is provided.

A Northumberland gem set in its own large garden.

Hepscott is a quiet pretty village two miles south of Morpeth. There is easy access from both the A1 and the A19. Morpeth is an attractive busy market town with ample shopping, dining and drinking establishments. Nearby there are beautiful beaches and historic castles. Northumberland is an ideal destination for walkers and cyclists. Here at Hazel Cottage we can offer secure storage for bicycles and free parking. Morpeth railway station is close by with regular trains from London and the north.

Holly House is a Victorian terraced house, situated just off Durham Road in Birtley and is close to all local amenities. If you're looking for a rural idyll, then we're definitely not for you. The property has 3 bedrooms and a desk space with free & fast broadband, so is great for business travellers and for those spending time visiting family and friends in the area. Located just 7 miles from Newcastle and 7 miles from Durham we are very central with good road and public transport links.

2 bedroom cottage on our 450 strong alpaca farm. Stunning, peaceful location in the beautiful Tyne Valley. Surrounded by fields, trees, alpacas and fresh air. 0.6 miles to Hadrian’s Wall. Close House, Matfen Hall, airport, Newcastle, Corbridge and Hexham nearby. No pets, smoking and not suitable for children. Five other cottages on this peaceful working farm so please enjoy and respect our neighbours. Breakfast included! Let us know if you want to book an alpaca walk n talk!

Two bedroom terrace house near sandy beach

The Book House - Two large bedrooms one with double bed and a fold-a-way camp bed if needed. Second bedroom two single beds. Ideal for family. Also lounge, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin. In the lounge there is also Smart TV and Wifi throughout the property. Pets welcome by arrangement. Very close to the harbour and sandy beach in our lovely seaside village of Seaton Sluice, Northumberland.
