This is a Fully Hosted B & B. Your Host, Chris, will ensure you have a comfortable stay. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire 1st Floor of the home plus access to other downstairs areas. A fully cooked breakfast is included with Barista quality Coffee. Located in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, we have easy access to The Dandenong Ranges, The Yarra Valley Wineries, Healsville Sanctuary & Phillip Island. The Blackburn Lake with great nature walks is just a 2 minute walk from our front door.

Renovated, comfortable - fits 2. Home away from home. Experienced hosts. Designer garden. Separate & private entrance. Complete kitchenette, walk in robe, dining area & bathroom. Bus stop : 5 mins walk. Plenty of street parking. Safe leafy neighbourhood. Local shops/major shopping centres/golf course/fitness centres/laundromats/cafes within 5-10 mins drive. Light breakfast & some snacks included! NBN connected. Deck & treadmill & washing machine use on request. Note low ceiling beam in room.

Lovely quiet guest bedroom in a beautiful weatherboard house with modern facilities. - Queen size bed - Separate bathroom with a shower and separate bath tub. (We will not use this bathroom during your stay.) - On property parking - Huge common area. Simple breakfast are provided on the kitchen counter. With milk and OJ in the fridge, help yourself. We are pet friendly with a Husky to cuddle and play with, free of charge. 16min walk to Nunawading station. Experience the suburbia.

A Little gem in Blackburn area - Melbourne

Cottage style house with its own charm, large front yard, very clean and homey home. Good quality of bedding, bed sheets and sheridan towel will surely pamper you during your stay with us. Only 20km from city, by bus or train, easy access to transport and close to some of the prestige shopping centre such as Westfield Doncaster or Eastland and the ever famous BoxHill Eatery. We provide tea, and coffee and daily necesseties for few days usage only.
