A recreation room with pool table and fooseball . Great for large families and retreats. Large dining table for gatherings..Video tour upon request. Pool is not heated. Lake water level fluctuates. Close to shopping, and the Sacramento River Tail System. Bear, my uber-friendly labordoodle and I live in the rear house. Our goal is a quiet and relaxing stay. We DO NOT allow parties, get-togethers, family gatherings etc. - because of the existing neighborhood rules and City parking limitations, and of course, Covid19 measures
