Cozy Sunnyland Apartment

Newly built in 2022, our 400 sq ft bright and cozy 1 BD, 1 BA apartment is centrally located in Sunnyland. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and walkable - a 10 minute walk to downtown and Trader Joe's and 5 minute walk to many restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. The apartment is meticulously clean and tastefully decorated with private stairway access and designated parking space in driveway off alley. Unfortunately the space is not suitable for children and we have a 2-person maximum.

Charming barn apartment loft on a 15 acre farm

Close to downtown Bellingham and the Mt Baker Ski / recreation area. Perfect for a couple or single Bellingham explorer, Mt Baker bound, or adventure travelers. This Dairy Barn built in 1912 is completely remolded, beautiful wood work with stair access to the top 1000 sq.ft. floor loft. Drive around the back where parking is provided next to stair entrance. Full kitchen and bathroom, one queen bed, one fold out Futon couch, gas heat stand alone fireplace. Very private. Self check in.

Enjoy everything Bellingham has to offer in this walkable Lettered Streets apartment. Coffee, breweries, tap houses, and restaurants within blocks as well as the Bellingham Bay, Marina, & all its beautiful views. See the islands from your bed or work from home desk. This freshly renovated apartment has its own private entrance and fenced in back yard, as well as spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Full size washer and dryer for those longer stays that want to feel like you are home.

Spacious private suite with bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom, dining sitting area, and large living room. Centrally located, cozy daylight basement with private garage parking and entrance. Secure space to store skis, bikes, and other outdoor gear. Comfortable couch with Netflix access. Fridge, coffee, tea, toaster oven, and microwave provided to make simple meals. Spacious, Private Studio in a beautiful setting.

Beautiful setting that provides easy access to all that Bellingham has to offer. In the city but feels like the country. Our spacious suite is the perfect getaway for a couple or individual. With a private entrance, the 2nd floor studio and lower level bathroom provide a great place to call home while in Bellingham. The king bed is ultra comfortable and the studio is perfect for those that want more space and amenities than a hotel room or shared house.

Little Garden Studio

Studio space with plenty of amenities close to downtown, the airport and walking distance to parks and waterfront. Private entrance from shared driveway with back deck looking out onto the garden, a kitchenette and a living room complete with television and wifi. Situated in the quiet Birchwood neighborhood, it's a 10-minute drive downtown and a 5-minute drive to the airport. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in a convenient location.
