The surrounding native bush, tidy spacious lockwood and all the amenities you could ask for (right on the lake, spa, flying fox, kayaks) and a wonderful host to create an awesome holiday. Lauren was amazing! Super friendly and answered queries within 5 minutes. Very generous, gave us fresh eggs and milk, turned lights, heater and hot tub on since we checked in quite late. The best host we’ve dealt with yet. 100% recommend☺️ Encounter with morepork, it was a beautiful stay🙌🏼

Best sleep I’ve had at an Air BnB, the linen was soft and the mattress was perfect Great location , very close to town but not noisy

A peaceful retreat with a stunning lake view and a lovely outdoor space to unwind with a drink. The place was spotless, warm, and cozy, with everything needed for a perfect getaway. Being so close to the Lake Waikaremoana Great Walk made it even more special. Patrick was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Great house for our girls weekend away. Clean and tidy, great location to beach. Went to restaurant that was recommended by the hosts and would highly recommended it. Would love to come back and stay again. Maree

This house is certainly a wee gem in the West End. It is the family home but when you arrive all the cupboards have been cleared of their personal belongings ready to make their house your home. This wasn’t expected but man was it appreciated! Fun games cupboard for the kids - try and beat our high score on Bop It! Tasteful decor and the knives in the kitchen were sharp!!!!!! There is a thoughtful herb garden which came in handy as the local Four Square didn’t have any fresh herbs! You can hear the waves lapping from the house and there is no need to set up at the beach as you can just walk across the road home after your swim. The outdoor shower is perfect to get rid of the sand and salt! There is a coffee cart, Ice Cream cart and the surf school basically outside your doorstep and a pizza trailer parked up for a day whilst we stayed too! Would 100% recommend Dustin’s house. Thank you for a fabulous week!

What an amazing Home! In and Out! This place is something else. Such a beautiful hidden jem. We throughly enjoyed our 5 nights. Sooo clean and Tidy. Loved sitting out on the deck and enjoying the peacefulness and surroundings. The view is to die for The daily visits to the animals we enjoyed The avocado shack up the top of the driveway we enjoyed. The small home gym we made use of every morning Helen is an excellent host theres sooo much to do you wont get bored haha. Thank you so much for letting us share your piece of paradise. We will be back again Trina

We had a great stay in the Weka cabin. The outdoor bath was lovely. Philip was an awesome host.
